They are fraudsters.. don't ever take this. They booked for Bali on a silent day and everything was closed.. it is being celebrated from years and they say they don't know.. I don't know what kind of horrible agency this is.. we just paid for everything and we couldn't go anywhere outside the hotel.. horrible ppl and Mr. Karthick is the rudest after getting all the money he is very rude and horrible.. worst experience
