The ABSOLUTE BEST Resort Ive ever stayed at by far. They dont let you lift a finger

Nice place but they do not release your deposit for a LLLOOONNGGGGG time.

Stayed here many times and never had a bad experience. Staff is always nice, great selection of tv channels, comfy beds and furniture, etc. All good. The only thing that is less than great is the Wi-Fi. It's nice and fast, but it can be pretty inconsistent and just kind of stops loading things sometimes.

Great place and views. Great location and the staff is very courteous and helpful. My only complaint was the long walk from where we had to park to the room.

We went there to meet a relative with a timeshare who was staying there. A very nice employee gave us a lift in his golf cart, as it is a very large campus. The campus and location were very nice, but a person looking to stay would want to know where their unit is with relation to where you can park! We fid not eat at the Golf club, but our relative said the food quality did not match the price charged!

Beautiful resort, landscaping was very nice, lovely course, excellent customer service. Went to Orange Tree for golf because the course we wanted to play on was overseeding. What a nice discovery!

I went to an event for Young Lives and was pleased with the food, service and amenities. The event went well.

Totally unrelated to the golf course, restaurant and other facilities. Housekeeping is extra. They should disclose these, before you get here.

Nice track. Good prices and friendly people. Make their money up on extras like range balls and drinks.

Food was not very good and not prepared the way I asked for it to be prepared. Service was also very slow, but that was because there was not enough staff.

Very nice, clean resort. Plenty of nice shopping, restaurants and activities nearby.

Booked a King room but upon arrival was told they didn't have any more King rooms available but would upgrade us to a pool side room with views of golf course with 2 double beds. Room #609 beds were the worst, by day 2 both of our backs were so sore & stiff; thank goodness for the Jacuzzi tub!
Overall our stay was very relaxing - exactly what we were looking for.
The only things that would prevent us from coming back was the concierge who practically begged us to go on the 90 minute "no pressure sales" time share tour; it was rather pathetic on her part & very irritating to our experience & no stove in the room.
Make sure you check out the Fry's grocery store near resort - most amazing store ever & definitely buy something from the bakery!!! YUM

Love the ambiance. Lots of trees, cute and spacious condos. The Jacuzzi tub is AMAZING! Fell asleep for almost an hour in this tub. Place is under renovation so parking is undesirable but they do have 24hr pick up drop off service. My boyfriend and I have decided to make this our staycation spot.

This resort is a nice place. I didn't see inside the guest rooms, but are area is nice.

This is always a good course to play. Very reasonable rates for the area.

Beautiful property, spacious suites, wet bar (NOT a kitchenette because there was a microwave instead of stove) with essential kitchen utensils. Personally loved the large bathroom and sunken jacuzzi tub.

Beware if you book thru a third party like I did. They reserve the undesirable suites for us lol. Obviously they do not say that, but I found it odd that on a random quiet Wednesday the only available room options were 2nd floors (no elevators!) Or past the point the parking lot stops. If you get put in any bldg past #4, prepare for a lengthy and confusing hike w luggage to your room. Or have the bellman do it and wait 30 min for your stuff lol.

I would stay here again only if it were discounted. Too many options in the area that offer more value for nightly rate.

Awesome Guest Service experience

Course was nice tee to green, bunkers lacked playable sand for the most part. Staff did little to enhance the experience - pro shop said no time to hit range balls, with 25 minutes before tee time, watched several foursomes on the range then they need off before of us. Starter was curt and surly, both at the 1st tee and the turn, maybe he was having a bad day.

Service was great. My baseball fundraiser couldn't have gone any better.

Hosted a Golf Tournament weekend here and staff exceeded all expectations. Suites are huge w fitted kitchen w full size fridge.

Definitely going back. Fabulous experience in every way! THANK YOU to each and every employee.

I was there for a company party. The food and drinks were very good and the staff was friendly and helpful

Nice venue. Treated well. Good security. More than adequate parking.

Outdated and run down Hotel that looks like it hasn't been updated or maintained for decades. We had a 7 day trip booked and upon check in immediately realized we would not be happy at this location. I Asked for an early check out and a six night refund, which was granted by the manager Josie.
After not receiving the refund I called to find out when it will be processed. Josie - the manager, said she will approve a 5 day refund instead of the original 6 day. She claimed I stayed 2 nights, which I did not, and she was very condensing. Stay away from Orange Tree, not worth it, and the Manager is very rude.

Beautiful place. Great service! Michelle and Josie were great at the front desk! The manager, forgot his name (I waited too long) gave us great deals to stay longer.

Nice place to get away and it's peaceful midst the big city.

The course was in great shape and fun to play. Would play it more often if I could. Food was also good.

Customer service is TOP NOTCH!! Bell desk employees are the most helpful and kind people that I have ever encountered at a resort. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Rooms are spacious, renovated , clean and comfortable. All the employees treat you with respect and enjoy their jobs. This resort is in a safe part of town and has easy access to all the palaces you need. The only negative would be lack of parking toward the rooms near the pool.

Absolutely love Orange Tree Golf Resort. We are having our wedding there this October!

We went for a murder mystery dinner and had an excellent time. Good food, good entertainment and location.

Gorgeous restaurant and bar.. Course in the summer was rough. Fairways were like concrete

I hope the orange tree has updated its room. I was there a few years ago and you still had those 2 chairs at that table.
A few weeks ago I was there for a business meeting

All staff was super friendly. The place was very clean. Great place to relax.

Great, spacious modern rooms, with a fantastic bathroom, comfy bed, and nice kitchenette.

Two things that dinged this otherwise excellent experience: the noise level in the room (ostensibly from an AC or water tank), and the utter crap hotel shampoo and conditioner. I tend to pack light, as I'm usually fine with whatever my lodging offers, bit this stuff was terrible, left my hair impossibly greasy and barely lathered. At that point, the hotel shouldn't even bother stocking toiletries.

We just came to golf nice course would like to play there again.

Absolutely fabulous place for solo or family vacation. Close to everything in Phoenix metro. Great service, upgraded rooms.

The course was great, sand surrounded every hole which made it a bit challenging. The staff was excellent special thanks to Sagee, Danny, Alex for all of the help.

A little bit of nostalgia if you've been in the valley awhile or just a great place to have larger gatherings, weddings, reunions etc.

Service was a bit slow and the selection for breakfast was pretty lackluster.

Waitress at cafe was overwhelmed & coffee bar was out of cream, sugar. Not well prepared for crowd that day.

Attended an event. The catering by Chompies provided good food and good service too.
