Opulentus could not provide any job assistance for Denmark, so ultimately the whole episode of going abroad was not successful.

Initially I had some hiccups but once they changed the case officer everything was fine.

Not professional at all. I don't know where to begin. First my case handler, sent me personal emails trying to flirt. Then I was assigned someone else. I had to cross verify all the paperwork and I had to send them an Excel doc tracking my documents. They had added my parents as my dependent children on my application, and calculated my points for Australia PR incorrectly, such that if I had submitted the application I would have got rejected straight away. Very poor service.

Transparency

Your Process of Visa application, right from the start of IRR to Grant is very transparent as we are able to see where the process is and what information is being provided.

We get the Id's and password for each portal we have lodged the application , which many other agencies won t provide.

Also the process of asking us to pay for all the charges , rather than you collecting it and doing so on our behalf , gives us the view on original charges and that's what many others don't do.

Web Portal

You application Portal is really user friendly.

It has clear layout of each stages of process and the communication happened on each stages.

The document upload section is also very well arranged with document names and upload sections. This really avoids any confusion during the upload process.

Communication

I really appreciate the communication you had done with me, in each stage via email, calls and Orientations.

The Email section in portal is really good and had been really helpful for me to ask a lot or queries. And you were really patient to clarify each via email and call.

Orientation sessions were really helpful to understand where we have reached in the process and what needs to be done and how much expense it s going to be.

Verification Process

Last but not the least , you verification process for the applications and the documents are really through, with 2 or more levels of check and also asking us to verify is really good.

Ya, at times i had got irritated for the process being long and application getting delayed, but i can now understand how important it had been .

I have always received a very good support from Opulentus, to progress with my case from start to end. except minor hickups with one of counselor at the end-up.

Professionalism at its best. What an infra and it integration , I haven t seen automisation in such scale in this industry

Pathetic! Pathetic service!! don't be fooled.... they take zero responsibility and provide stupid suggestions. Response time is pathetic, they don't respond or follow up on emails. I haven't got my PR yet and they don't care to see the job done!! When I called for some clarifications, response was do it yourself, what do you expect us to do?? Zero responsibility!! DONT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP!! DO NOT PAY A SINGLE PENNY!!

It was a wonderful experience in dealing with visa professionals at OPULENTUS. I can surely say now that if someone wants to really shift to the country of his wish then he should actually get in touch with company like OPULENTUS and let them work on your application. I truly feel that while my papers were in order, the work done by you people for Australian visa was just awesome and it is your advice that pushed me to file for section 190. Now I have it with me.

My experience with them was quite uneventful. Everything went as planned and as per schedule. I got my PR in the stipulated time. I recommended two of my friends as well and they got through as well. I feel they are quite helpful when it comes to getting your documents in order and they have templates for almost anything that needs to be signed, attested etc so that saves a lot of hassle. In terms of process itself, if you research a bit, it is very much doable by yourself.
As for the so called case managers, don t expect them to have all the knowledge of an immigration consultant. They are simply call centre employees who follow a template themselves. Any answer they give you is based on the templates they have. Through my one and a half year of the process, it was multiple individuals who have called me and spoken to me so there is no consistency there. They however are quite update with the changing immigration laws.
Once your PR is granted they have something called JobSog or something of that sort, that is supposed to help you find a job. They claim to do up your resume to world class standard. Initial interaction is free, following which you need to pay. Please DO NOT subscribe to this part of the service. They took my good resume and changed it to something that looked like it was made by a peon in a government matriculation school. Horrible English and the worst grammatical sentences I have ever seen. Had they ever sent out my resume, I am sure I would have been blacklisted. Thankfully, I did not use their services.
Opulentus can be good if you are lazy to do the hard work, like myself.

I have just received Visa grant for Australia. Opulentus team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and updated with entire process. The documentation is very tough and applicants need to have a lot of patience considering various steps involved. One should simply follow what is being guided by the team. I am extremely thankful to the entire team and all thsoe who I interacted with regularly.

Opulentus Overseas is a good and very efficient agency to handle your case related to immigration. My experience was great with them. One thing which I like most about them is transparency in the entire process, like in Punjab specially the agency who is filing your case will not share the username and password so that you can check your status but that thing is not with Opulentus. They share everything which is a good thing. Also the fee that they charge is not very high. Apart from this, staff is very good, helpful and supportive. I would recommend people who want to immigrate should consult Opulentus and feel the difference.

Ask around before paying them, the paid test at the start seems bogus. They will tell you that your score is good but nothing fruitful turns out after you pay the money. Process is professional and streamlined but no use to people who pay and then cannot qualify for immigration. I feel cheated.

I cannot find some suitable words that could truly appreciate service and support provided by you and your team at OPULENTUS. The wonderful news that you gave me about the acceptance of application for Visa Application for Australian Visa was more than enough for me and my family. I've evaluated my report for education purpose and yet they didn't respond well. No phone calls will connect and they have wrong contact number on google search engine.

My experience with Opulentus and with my case Officer Lalitya has been really good. She provides logical explanation and has been always quick in responding through emails. She sorted my documents and my file accurately as per Canadian rules and instructions and due to that I have received provincial nomination and ITA.

Though Beena has joined me at a later stage of my PR process, but at the time of filing my PR application she stayed committed to the deadline we decided to submit my PR application with all documents uploaded properly. Always received a call back at the time of need and queries.

Did my PR with Opulentus. They know their business well and are very competitive with their pricing. Best part is their good customer support. Would easily recommend their services to others.

They assisted me in my immigration visa application process and I successfully received my visa. However, they miscalculated my CRS score at first, due to which I missed out 2 rounds of ITA's. Their mistake was identified a few months later by a friend of mine. You have to follow-up a lot with them and double check every information they put in for you (as errors are possible). The lower level staff aren't always aware of things and procedures... better to connect with their seniors. Finally once, I received my visa, they just closed my Opulentus account without informing me. I had some queries and when contacted they tell me since I have received my visa their services to me have ended. They promised a lot but their level of service is not up to the mark.

I have taken Immigration services help for UK dependant visa from Opulentus, its a streamlined process the team is following. Entire journey is very smooth and staff are very kind and professional. I very much appreciate their help during this tenure of my visa process.
