I would also love to share a few points which i have really appreciated about Opulentus.

Transparency

Your Process of Visa application, right from the start of IRR to Grant is very transparent as we are able to see where the process is and what information is being provided.

We get the Id's and password for each portal we have lodged the application , which many other agencies won t provide.

Also the process of asking us to pay for all the charges , rather than you collecting it and doing so on our behalf , gives us the view on original charges and that's what many others don't do.

Web Portal

You application Portal is really user friendly.

It has clear layout of each stages of process and the communication happened on each stages.

The document upload section is also very well arranged with document names and upload sections. This really avoids any confusion during the upload process.

Communication

I really appreciate the communication you had done with me, in each stage via email, calls and Orientations.

The Email section in portal is really good and had been really helpful for me to ask a lot or queries. And you were really patient to clarify each via email and call.

Orientation sessions were really helpful to understand where we have reached in the process and what needs to be done and how much expense it s going to be.

Verification Process

Last but not the least , you verification process for the applications and the documents are really through, with 2 or more levels of check and also asking us to verify is really good.

Ya, at times i had got irritated for the process being long and application getting delayed, but i can now understand how important it had been .
