Waste of time and Money. Don't be trapped guys, stay away from these big fraudsters.
Before sign up they will boast about company and professionlism. But I know everything as I wasted more than a year of valuable time and Money resulted a big zeeero. They used to outsourcing third partie's services and in agreement clearly defines that they are not responsible for service of 3rd parties, then why are you taking services from them. Just to make people fool????

After raising refund request , they will block your contact no. To force you write mail which will give you nothing in the end. They are bunch or crooks.

Very quick response from the opulentus process team for my visa. The team is having clear knowledge about the documentation and am happy with the service.

The staff of this organisation is experienced and has been very helpful and supportive all throughout the process. I'm very thankful for Opulentus guidance and constant care for the right direction in my career path.

Do not go to the Jubilee Hills branch and specially do not waste your time with Mr Srinivas. For every single thing he will tell you about extra money that you need to pay and at the end you will end up with nothing because he is totally worthless. He told at every step what a huge favour he is doing by getting the job done which they are paid for and at the end you will see you have just wasted your time, money and energy.

Would never recommend this place to anyone at all... They give you so many promises at the beginning to gain your confidence and later after talking many they become irresponsible and they act as if they are very busy... Even if you message them saying that you hated their services then as well it doesn't matter to them at all

Absolute legend. The services are professional and prompt. Loved the intranet sorts portal they maintain where all communications happens and can be tracked/revisited. I probably couldn't have got a better migration consultant. They have a few legit tricks up their sleeves when you get stuck in your visa process. Mine took longer than expected and that was sheer luck. I have completed 2+ years and still beat the drums of Opulentus when someone asks me what, how and when's. Mine was Delhi branch however all process happens from HYD and it doesn't make a difference as to which branch you start the process with. If there were more than 5-stars possible, I would rate them better. Opulentus helped me change my life for better and I will always remain thankful to these legendary people. Cheers guys, well done!

Good service and guidance. There was an issue with Viza payment and Opelentus was able to guide me on how to proceed and get the account reactivated. Can be a little more active in checking documents as I received a question due to a missing document which could have been avoided and saved time on receiving the Viza

I have been immigrated to Denmark. Opulentus had given me some contacts to settle down but nothing got helped me to get CPR. Only after my hardwork only, I got the CPR after 4 months of staying there with my expenses. You can do nothing with out CPR in Denmark. Anyways, I am back to my India. Working in Delhi and planned to relocate to Hyderabad as it is my home town. Tata and bye bye to Immigration ideas.

Everything about the services is worth money, there is an issue that I found while using their CRM, and i was zapped with the pace they rectified it on the day 1.

I bought Canada PR and guess what, it has fulfilled those speculations with solid performance. It is hard to find a consultant on this product. nearly perfect.

Opulentus worked with me from 2015-2018 to help me with my EE profile and PR application. They provided guidance on obtaining the required documents. For self declaration documents, they provided the required formats and templates to be used. The reason why my rating is not five stars is that, because of their employee turnover, my case officer changed a few times. And every time my case officer changed, I had to explain my case all over again. When my case was handed over between departments, sometimes the downstream departments would ask me to obtain the documents in a different format. In conclusion, I would say that, although it was not a completely pain free process, I am thankful to Opulentus in guiding and helping me apply for my PR.

Worst people advisors are here to assist.Why the hell providing the phone number online, if they aren't willing to respond to the general query. I got a worst response from one of yhe the representative for query on Are you guys look after student consulting for "Canadian Universities". I am fret. I request the consultancy head to look after this kind of issues.

I have received PR for Canada 3 years back through Opulentus Hyderabad. Opulentus PR case officer/team member who handle the PR processing documentation makes lot of mistakes,[I had 2 case officer and both were bad and makes too many mistakes].

Also Opulentus "employment service" is just a scam. They send few emails to few companies and not one response came for employment and Opulentus charge 20,000Rs for a service which is non existence...

Just for documentation processing to making sure that documentations are correct [with so much follow up from our side and too many mistakes from there side] charging 75000Rs [in 2014] is too much.

I would suggest the potential immigrants to do on their own.

The only positive part about Opulentus is, they give you suggestions and clarify your questions on what documents needs to submit etc., which is why these companies thrive as people are lazy to visit websites which has abundant information on what documentation needs to be submitted.

Our laziness is their investment!

I have paid 60K for my processing and its been an year. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CASE until you pay them money.

You will get 100s of calls and follow ups to pay your fee and mind you!! they have no number to contact them back for anything right after you are done with your payment. They will keep redirecting you to different people. Sales team (Ms. Kalyani for me and my other 2 friends) will lure you to take their services and ignore you the next day you have done with your payment. They help you with nothing, make you do everything and are only available at their convenience . I have raised complaint so many times, their focus is only to close the complaint ticket but not to provide any improved services. There is no sync with in their teams and will blame each other for miscommunications. They dont have any single contact. There is LITERALLY NO CALL BACK NUMBER EXCEPT OF QUERY PORTAL THAT WILL CONNECT YOU TO ANY RANDOM SERVICE PROVIDER WHO WOULDNT EVEN KNOW YOUR PROFILE, YOU SHALL HAVE TO EXPLAIN EVERY BIT AGAIN AND PRAY GOD FOR RESOLUTION. Again if it is not resolved repeat your task.

Opulentus has a relatively good and professional approach to Canada PR.

It's been four years since I've moved to Australia. My experience with wasnt fantastic at that time but when I look back, I think they were very professional in handling my case (and me!).

They know what they are doing and I think they are genuine. I got my visa in 8 months which is really good but I was expecting it to be done in 2 months! Now after spending some time here, I think that much time was justifiable.

I have referred 6-7 people so far and who ever used their service, got the visa.

I am very happy with the assistance provided by Mr. Dinesh, till date on my application. He has been contactable always and has provided most of the details required to proceed with the application. Thank you Dinesh for all your help.

Canada visa process is excellent with opulentus team and are very particular about the documentation...

We were enrolled with Opulentus for more than 6 months and they get misguiding me and my husband regarding the documentation. We wasted a lot of time because of that, and many low CRS score draws were missed by us due to the negligence of the team. They keep saying we will get back but they never do, Once you pay up the money their response would be very bad. I have tried to reason with them, fought with them and even warned them with dire consequences, but they dont care. There is no need to waste money on them. Read forums and threads online. The Canada PR express Entry system is so easy that you can do it yourself. After being cheated and misguided by Opulentus, I did all the paperwork and application on my own and I got the PR in 3 months time. If you want to waste money on the process, and waste time unnecessarily they you should opt for opulentus. Biggest fraud company, Just putting up big hoardings and banners with the money they cheat and get from us customers.

Worst device ever seen, after taking money they will never turned back to you, you have to keep calling them and asking for updates - they will not even bother to call you once even after you call them 100 times

It's a fraud company. Don't believe what they say. Inshika Gupta, she is from sales has been hiding information and will lure you to take the service, The process team is also not good. They are not registered MARA agent as what they say on their website. You may think that you are paying to a registered MARA agent but actually it's not. If you need to take MARA agnet service you can get it by yourself rather than paying them. They themselves will contact MARA agent and will charge you for that which you can do it on you own too.
Excellence team should be name as dumb team. I have pointed out many times their mistakes. They are full of lies and illogical answers.

Opulentus is not a good agent. They processed my family PR visa to Australia in 2013. My wife was pregnant, they didn't know the process, so they made a mistake in the visa processing. The case officer included me, my wife and first kid and didn't include the second kid. Before, the file was finalized, I kept asking them questions about the process and they failed to forward those questions to the case officer. The TL who was handling my case was arrogant. It cost me another 80K-1L to process the visa and created lot of issues. They never bothered to apologies also. They in fact removed my account on their system and closed it immediately as soon as I escalated this issue. It is upto you to decide whether to chose them or not.

They got the visa done on time and provided all the relevant documents. No help was provided for settling in Australia although that was promised as part of the deal. Constant reminders were required to get some things moving and person handling the account also changed twice. If you don't know what to do get visa go with them but don't expect a lot.

Unprofessional staff. Does not bother to work on your case. You will have to call up over and over again for someone to entertain your requests. They are too busy to entertain you or work on your application. Have literally followed up for weeks for small changes.Waste of time and money. Highy not recommended.

Extremely frustrated with the service. I referred your Opulentus to my brother. Since he paid the amount, they are not responding at all. My brother lodged complaint in the portal which they resolved without his consent. What they advise before taking service and what service they provide has a huge different. Can not recommend Opulentus to anyone. its a fraud company and a completely waste of time and money.
