They assisted me in my immigration visa application process and I successfully received my visa. However, they miscalculated my CRS score at first, due to which I missed out 2 rounds of ITA's. Their mistake was identified a few months later by a friend of mine. You have to follow-up a lot with them and double check every information they put in for you (as errors are possible). The lower level staff aren't always aware of things and procedures... better to connect with their seniors. Finally once, I received my visa, they just closed my Opulentus account without informing me. I had some queries and when contacted they tell me since I have received my visa their services to me have ended. They promised a lot but their level of service is not up to the mark.
