For- Nice people, challenging environment, great platform to learn. Against- Delays in salaries may stretch upto a couple of months. If you have taken any kind of loan, don't dare work here, you'll end up missing due dates for all your EMIs at least 11 times in an year. For 29 days in a month people keep worrying if they'll get the salary or not. Very very demotivating environment here.
Fibcom is an Industrial Telecom EPC which manufactures telecom components like SDH along with take trunkey packages which includes scope of Networking, cabling, junction boxes, CCTV etc. I love this place as I won one order from Fibcom
