Excellent service. Dr Burns takes the time to look at your eyes and is always very clear when he explains what is going on (not like those doctors that have 5 assistants and only talk to you for 1mn during their chain work). The ladies that help you choose your glasses are very knowledgeable and always very friendly (not like Lens Crafters where they had to do my glasses 3 times because they had no clue what they were doing).

Last time I went to Optique Eyecare, I asked if they could adjust my sunglasses. Not only did they change the pads for free (so it fits better on my nose), but they also gave me a new box for my glasses for free as well (mine was very beat up) without my asking. Like I said, excellent service, I would highly recommend.

Honestly, we feel like a number here... the office folks are good but My Eye Doctor doesn't back them up. I received an email saying it was time to reorder my contacts. I figured with all that is going on, I would do it. First it took almost 2 months to get my right eye, second; 3 months to get the left. Oh and the best part... third; they didn't bill my checking account until 2 and a half months after I placed the order. This caused me to over draw my account.. not a huge deal but cost me $30 because I was out of town and didn't transfer money from savings in time. (My fault). I called them at the Geist location the manager was to call me. Didn't happen. Went there and was then told the main office would call me. Nope didn't happen either. We are switching to a new eye doctor. I received a copy of my prescription from them to take to a new eye doctor. 4 days later, I had another order for contacts for both eyes with a new company. I do not recommend them since the changes... Sorry. My 2 kids, ex-wife, myself, my wife, and 2 friends are no longer customers due to continuous issues.

Dr. Burns and his entire staff were great! I was a huge pain while trying to pick out frames because I hadn't gotten new glasses in almost ten years. They were super patient and helpful, took the time to help me figure out what was within my budget based on my insurance, and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Wonderful experience every step of the way.
