I have never had a pleasant experience with Prior. They are the only game in town and know it. Customer service and line service are both always terrible. They seem bothered to help you. Always in a bad mood.

An awesome place for your first flight! I took one and now I truly know the pilots life is for me, the flight instructor was amazing and the plane we flew was smooth and handled beautifully! I can not recommend this place enough as you even get a discount on your first flight! So go out there and enjoy the sky's the limit!
Prior Aviation isn't the best company to work for as far as customer and employee aspect. It's one big monopoly because they're the only private FBO in buffalo and they take the highest advantage of that. Management is no example to the rest of the company. I decided to be honest with Prior that I would be starting a second job seeing as though they obviously don't pay their employees well enough to be able to work only one job and make a living. They nit picked and made it hell for me to work my second job in peace. I called in advance to request off as I wasn't feeling good while working at my part time job since I was there that morning. Then Charles Strang and Chad Kaczmerek decided to stalk me at my second job to see if that's where I was before having to work at Prior Aviation. Even though I did my part to call in early enough before my shift, I knew I wasn't feeling well and wouldn't make it through the day. I haven't had any write ups or verbal warnings for anything since working at Prior and I passed my probation as well. So because I simply called off and they harassed me to see if I was at my second job. They let me go later that day. That's a bit ridiculous and unprofessional. Since i told them I got a second part time job on my personal time that wouldn't affect my main shift, they have since treated me funny and asked numerous questions as to why I was working a second job. They clocked my shifts and waited at my desk to make sure I came back from lunch on time. Wouldn't recommend applying here or flying in here if you don't have to.
