Zero stars, Nero can not be contacted by phone or via form. The form page is simply white. If a woman calls, the number is simply thrown out without being picked up. Presumably because CH as the area code. If the woman calls later then a band is switched. In no case recommendable I had the purchase in 2018 already problems and had div various SCR and send a registered letter. Now the license would still run 32 days and just will not work. So I have to send a registered letter again and drive to Weil am Rhein to give this up. Nero has no idea about customer service and friendliness. I no longer pay for a product with such a non-performance! Save the money and take free products!

I've not yet used my new downloaded version of Nero, but I must remark on how frustrating the installation was. It rebooted three times and went thro the same procedure three times. Before retirement I programmed professionally as part of my engineering design job.
I have been with NERO as a very satisfied customer for a very long time. I have purchased PLATINUM but am having difficulty installing. I am sure I would get this rectified with help from Nero.
I recommend buying Nero Burning Rom as the best program to burn and duplicate CDs and DVDs of any extension. Very useful for educational use in schools.

I had computer failure and could not access my Nero information. After speaking with Nero customer service, they quickly sent my information to me through Email and I was able to get my product reinstalled on my new drive. Thank you Motoko at Nero!

I have been using Nero products for several years, mainly to compile CDs & homemade DVDs, and have always been impressed with their flexibility and ease of use. I recently upgraded to Nero Platinum Suite on a new laptop and had problems unlocking the downloaded software. After consulting the Nero FAQs but still not having been able to unlock the new software I contacted Nero Customer Support and explained my problem. I received an immediate response from Muriel, who gave me some advice. After one further contact with Muriel my problem was solved; it was a problem with my computer settings. I am extremely grateful for the support I received from Muriel and the speedy resolution of my problem. I intend to stay with Nero products and would heartily recommend both the products and the Customer Support to anyone.
Had a issue getting video's to play in a DVD player. Sometimes they had no sound sometimes garbled sound. Sent email for help. Response came within 24 hours. They was very helpful in solving the issue as well as following up to make sure it took care of it.

Had an issue loading Nero products, I had very speedy responses to E-Mails sent and staff went above and beyond re sending activation codes & the like. I've been using Neo various programs for many years. This time I downloaded the Premium full suite, pity is I did not notice that it was going to grab my pictures and videos, so then I had to re-set the default for those items to one I like to use. Otherwise no problem - love it.

I purchased Nero Burning ROM 2020. Very happy with it. I just moved from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and my old Nero software would no longer work. I took the opportunity to look at many other software apps before purchasing a new one. Nero has better CD text options and control of spaces between tracks than most of the others, and is the ONLY one I have found where I can add start IDs to break up a long audio file as I am putting together an audio CD instead of cutting up the file into smaller programs before authoring the CD. The need to do that doesn't come up often, but a truly great feature. I realize that CDs aren't as popular as they once were, but many people still use them. Many of the other CD burning software apps are very simplistic and give few pro-grade options. Nero has a lot of flexibility built in for people who are trying to make professional grade CD-Rs...
After unsuccessfully trying to install Nero Platinum 2020 several times and giving up, I contacted Nero support group. I ended up having a dialogue with Sunny who resolved the problem in super-quick time. Absolutely brilliant support!
The program will not download. I Can't talk to anybody. It is very frustrating. Fix my problem or I going to cancel and report to my credit company as fraud.
The advertising of Nero pops up constantly, despite the purchased version. If you don't want to be annoyed by the advertising (this is very annoying when it comes to screen recordings), keep your hands off Nero. One good piece of software, you are now only forced to look at the advertising.

When advised of Nero update, I was sent a link, downloaded and installed it successfully. Good product as I can now decode PVR files that previously were unavailable!
I canceled the purchase before paying because I only noticed there that something in the small print said something about Abo. I would never buy a subscription. I find the pretty link not to write something like that directly in a form that is immediately recognizable. And yet I have now also received an email, "Thank you for your purchase from Nero." I hope that nothing else will come now.
I bought Nero online. I could not install the software so I asked for help twice. The assistance they gave me in response to my first request was useless. My second request was not answered. So I had to solve the problem on my own. In the end I was able to install the program. Once installed, I could not use it because it was "error in power calibration". So I was unable to use the program. Desperate, since I did not buy it for fun but to use it in my real life, I sent a third email to ask for help again. This morning I received an email from Kristi Davis <kristi@customercare.nero.com>, who, far from giving me objective help to solve my problem, asked me if I am satisfied with my order. Obviously I am not. He asked me if I have a question about the software. Yes I have doubts, and I did know before, but I insist, I did not receive a response to correct it, but only insisted on asking about what I previously exposed. He told me that I can count on his customer service anytime at nerosupport.freshdesk.com, I went in and found no solution to the problem. He told me that currently the useful Nero TuneItUp PRO software has a price reduction and invited me to see the offer. He invited me to make an individual offer for a Nero product of my choice. And now I wonder how to get an offer if the product that I paid from my savings does not work? He told me that if I am satisfied with the customer service, they would love to hear from you. Obviously I am NOT satisfied. I asked for help three times and am currently unable to use the program. So I wrote this with sadness and anger.
By the way, the payment process was easy and fast. A marvel. I wish I could have used my Nero software that quickly, but I haven't.

Terrible Support. Cannot use my older version software that has an online activation issue because they only support the newest software. Very bad. If no support, there should be no online activation that is still tracking the software. Never buy NERO again!

I am an audio/video content creator. For years I made DVD Content and burned to content onto blank DVD discs. It has been over 4 years since I last made a DVD project. I have a friend who wanted an interview put onto DVD. It had been so long since I did that, I had to go to YouTube to learn how to do it again. It was there that I was reminded of using Nero to do this. I just moved after retiring so I couldn't find my Nero Program Disc. I had recently rebuilt my computer so I didn't have Nero installed. I went to Nero.com and bought the newest version. It was so easy after that. Thank you, Nero.

I had problems with NERO not working, because of a key issue. Well finally software with actual support reply actually happened. They emailed me back, told me what I needed to do, and the problem was fixed. DEF CAN'T say that about CYBERSCRUB!
