They knew all about Miami very well from the real estate market to where the best schools, neighborhoods and restaurants are! Martin and Debbie made our overall home buying experience great and they work awesome as a team.

At first Claudia told us that we didn t have the security deposit (trying to stay with our money) then I brought all the proof and spoke with CEO and she went back and said yes we do
me and my wife end up moving because there was so many ROACHES in the apartment
They are the worst realtors I ve ever experienced. It was a hard time to get the deposit back from them. TERRIBLE

Nicole from Optimar is our landlord's agent for the condo we are renting. We have bad experiences and difficulties dealing with her as she usually ignores our requests or inquiries on the repairs/maintenances she promised to take care of. She never initiates to solve issues nor shows concerns of the inconveniences the tenants are going through. The walkthrough to get the key for the condo was unprofessional with a lot of problems. Not sure if the real problem is with the landlord or Optimar as there's little communication. But we would not recommend our friends to do business with Optimar based on our experiences.
