Very poor front desk customer service..doctor made a mistakes on the birth year of the patient when i asked to correct it..she said she cant do anything about it..ive been calling since yesterday..10 calls ones answered and never called me back
By far the WORST medical clinic I've gone to. This one star is for the doctor- i would have given NO star if that was an option. So unprofessional, disconnected, when i vented my concerns to her about my issue she gave me this blank look. she didnt thoroughly evaluated my ear. She gave me bs meds not once but TWICE, that have yet to fix my problem it is almost 5 days with an infected ear something that could be so easily fixed, she wanted to send me to a specialist. Very lazy! Dont go to this establishment if you care for you or your childs health.
Bad service. I was in that clinic. The doctor. She couldn't. See my baby. She only look the baby. Just she say. It's good. Really. Bab service. I just went to follow up because. My baby it's just born if you people. Went have baby born you have follow up

Doctor believes he knows more about his patients bodies than the patient does. Just moved and needed local referrals to specialists and he refused. Refused to give me a gynecologist stating unless I was pregnant or planning on getting pregnant I didn't need one (Not how being a female works....). I need an internal medicine doctor and he referred me to a genealogist. I'm not a doctor but I know those two special in different things. I'm sure he's a good enough doctor if you have a cold but anything more and I would look elsewhere.
Appointment was at 2 30pm there was only 1 other female besides me and it took them 2 hours to even get in a room! Horrible service.
I've been going to this clinic since 1998 and the medical care is great. I've been treated for a number of health issues including mental health. The staff and doctors really care about the people that attend. Now that being said, if the front desk ladies sometimes seem short or rude, they are not. They are just a little overwhelmed at the time. They always correct themselves, after all we are human and people make mistakes. I reccomend this place for your medical needs. They even refer you out if necessary and they have run out of options.
The scheduling is horrible and paperwork seems to be very unorganized and the phone call wait is horrible. The phone call wait would take 35 to 45 minutes and when I tried to book an appointment someone hung up on me. The doctors ask too much personal questions when it's not even medical related and they don't normally check up on your health or make follow up appointments. The people that they referred me were awful since they would give me a disconnected phone number. I have diabetes and committed suicide 2 years ago and the clinic never followed up on it and never gave me counseling or medication when I was still showing some of the symptoms. I had really good insurance provided from my work and I never got help for my mental health. Plus, when I tried to change doctors my insurance explained that I never filed a medical release form when I did sign one and followed up 2 weeks later to see if it was sent to my new primary doctor. I wouldn't be surprised if they messed up on my medical record or paperwork. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone.
I had no Insurance and I looked up online and found this clinic near. I walked in and met the front desk lady. They were very helpful. I was referred to Antonio for a Health Insurance enrollment. He was very helpful and got what I needed right away. I would totally recommend going to this clinic. They are very approachable and empathetic to my situation.
I've been here twice and I really like the Staff. Very helpful, friendly, and committed. Dr. Sanvictores and her team are excellent and exceptional at what they do. I'm pleased to have had them work on me and look forward to the next time. Had a great experience here at Opertion Samahan dental clinic, thank you guys! =)
