The support team with OpenPath Security is the BEST! When we have any questions, they are quick to respond and always know the answers. Everyone is so friendly and so knowledgeable.

The representative/support tech was patient, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Exactly everything I needed to successfully complete my very first Openpath system.

I was able to call in, work with Chad Fay and get my issue resolved quickly. He literally saved me hours of work showing me how to upload a correct CSV type file.

ABC Fitness Solutuons, referred Automated Systems Design, Inc. to install my door hardware and Openpath access control solution to be controlling my electronic key entrance.

I am very disappointed about all their service and specially how poor quality ASD hardware come out to be and how dissatisfied their Service and installation process.

ASD installers do not properly installed my door hardware, and since February our door was never able to be 100% secure. Most the time, I get calls from my members saying the door was not latching or locking.

About one week ago, Openpath and ABC just stopped answering my concerns about our door not latching issues. They even tried to blame it on the weather. Their security door and portal portal system is NOT WORTH $5,000 dollars.

You better do your research and investment on some other door operation system.

You can look at my screenshots and see they have not responded to my emails anymore trying to fix the issue.

So I was forced to hire a locksmith to come fix their door not locking issues. More money out my pocket.

Do not hire this company or ABC RECOMMENDATIONS for their security partners and Openpath.

I waste $5,000 dollars plus the extra charges on private locksmith to fix my door problem.

Warning to potential resellers! They solicited my firm to sell their products. We already carry several lines of access control, but agreed. After about a year, they sent us a cancellation and did not cite a reason. So our monthly recurring for Openpath clients has been stolen! Also terrible portal and billing is a mess. We've been in business 35 years and I've never had this kind of an experience. The are so many other options out there--steer clear!

The support staff was wonderful escpecially Chad. all my frustration - had nothing to do with OpenPath but with Apple phone - we still laughed . He was exceptionally patient. Thank you Chad.

We use Open Path at The Study Lounge, a tutoring center for teens. The kids think the app is amazing and we love the sense of safety and security it provides. It s super techie, but simple to use. The support team is awesome although truthfully the only time we ve needed them was for user (aka my) error!

Although Openpath has extensive online resources, I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for so I emailed their online support. I had a response and my answer within an hour! That kind of customer support is hard to find these days and is very appreciated.
