I absolutely LOVE working with Optec. Their products are great, at a great price, and the customer service is amazing! Having local reps really allows us to develop a trust in the company. Their service is top notch also! If a repair is needed, they dont hesitate to send out one of their Optec service technicians to make the repair seamless. We love Optec!
People like me think that a digital sign is way too complicated to operate, but once you get into it with Optec's assistance, it's really pretty simple. My sales rep, Dan, made the difference. He actually controlled my sign until I had time to learn myself. And he was always available to change the graphics, and I was impressed how quick he would change my messaging. Optec run webinars twice a week. These webinars are great training tools on how to run and manage the sign. Also the customer service techs have been excellent as well. I am so happy that I went with Dan and Optec.

I Purchased an optec display sign four years ago, while under warranty my panels started showing yellow. They informed me this was not covered or capable of replacement, because they were sun oxidized. After further discussions and communication, they sent a representative to my salon to replace the oxidized panels. I'm very pleased with the Optec Display company and I highly recommend there sign!

I am coming into an office the company I work for owns and manages, and the first day I visited I noticed the LED sign had an error message. The employees of the practice say that the sign has had that error message for years. Luckily the sign had a brand and S/N on the front. I contacted Optec by phone and spoke with a support agent, Michael Trombley, who has been most helpful! Within minutes he sent me the two downloads I needed, then I called him back. He got remote connected to my laptop and walked me through everything including creating the message, connecting my laptop to the sign and loading the new message. He has been so very responsive and helpful. I'm extremely happy with the level of support and customer service I've received for this issue!
