How do you review a sacred monster like this? To see at least once in a lifetime. The only tickets at affordable prices are those of the gallery, sin disappear in a few seconds. Opera, concert or ballet ... everyone chooses his own!

I can only estimate partially, given that the visit was only from the outside and the building appears monotonous, bare and devoid of any ornament except the sculpture high above the door. The theater museum offers visits overlooking the theater for 9 euros, unfortunately if there are rehearsals in progress it is not possible to take pictures or look out. Anyway it is worth a visit if you have an hour or so of time. Piazza della Scala with the monument to Leonardo and some benches in the shade of well-tended trees is a pleasant place to stop for a while.

Simply the best. Best performances with great production and cast. The atmosphere is devine.

One of the great opera houses in the world. Located in Milan Italy, it has seen almost all of the main opera stars performing here at on time or another. They have a great tour where you can see them rehearsing plus take a tour thru the grand rooms with itemes from past performances.

experience to be done unfortunately this year 2020 + was notably negative due to this hateful pandemic that left a lot of sadness but I hope that the Milan Scale will recover soon and with it all the artists, musicians and professionals. Well done

Small and uncomfortable theater. It is meaningful because it has history and tradition, but viewing was uncomfortable.

A place with a particular atmosphere, in the last galleries you do not enjoy much the shows but the fact of being there is worth it.

A surreal sense of timelessness. Amazing to think so many famous opera singers have performed there. A very informative place especially for those that love classical music.

The outside of the building is bland and nothing special; easily walk past without knowing what it is. The inside however is truly special. Lavish interiors, history and culture. Staff are helpful, stagecraft is spectacular and worth going, even if you aren't necessarily into theatre
