Culture, music, beauty and history: you must go there absolutely once in life
Considered as one of the most prestigious theaters in the world, it hosts the main works with the most important artists in the international field of opera and classical music. The characteristic architectural elements are the tympanum, the pilasters and the semi-columns.
The theater deserves to be visited at least once in a lifetime. Highly recommended to all fans, but also to those who want to try a new experience approaching music, art and acting.
A bit disappointed really. I had seen La Scala on t.v. and so wanted a look inside what you get is a look around some rooms with old unusual musical instruments, pictures hand manuscripts of old musicians famous and not so famous and a look from a box into the auditorium and the stage. If you are interested in music this could be for you if not you may want to give it a miss.
When you visit Milan you should visit the most historic opera of the world. Visit the museum and if you can and if you like this kind of music watch an opera or even a ballet
Mythic theater in Milan where you can see, in addition to other performances, the best ballets and operas. It's worth visiting Milan just to attend a performance. The classic and luxurious atmosphere of the theater makes the experience an event. Its location in the center of Milan, next to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, means that there are many places around for dinner or for a drink before or after the performances.
It was only the appearance, but I saw it.
I definitely want to see it inside!
Very beautiful. I recommend going in the morning to find less people.
It is a spectacular theater both outside and inside although I expected it bigger. The boxes are small but charming, if you are going to take tickets in a box, buy the front rows because the rear ones see very little and you would have to stand if you want to see the play well.
I was fortunate to attend the penultimate Rigoletto that Leo Nucci has sung before saying that he would not interpret this character and it was impressive !! .. with bis included in the Second Act Scene VII (Yes, vendetta, tremendous vendetta) with his partner Francesca Manzo, all under the direction of also overwhelming Daniel Oren. Night to not forget and of course to try to repeat.
Easy on the outside, great on the inside. Fantastic!!!
A beauty institution. Always good music and beautiful Milan
Ridiculous, outsource the online sales service to europa tiket then when you ask for ticket information (paid on January 24th and still not arrived .... it is March 5th ,,,,) they are rude and they close the phone in your face.
The building surprises with modesty of the facade. When seeing lumps you can see, it is quite sizable, but the appearance of the buildings adjacent fade. The interiors are interesting and there is something to see. It is worth listening to the guides because you can find out, for example, that the interiors and more precisely the rooms were rented by the nobles and used as social and business meeting places. The size of the stage is also impressive. You can look at the audience.
If they aren't doing tours, ask to see the museum. Even if you don't get to go in the theater, the museum is filled with historic musical treasures.
A wonderful place .... The temple of music par excellence. All the greatest artists have come from there.
It's primarily a theater, everything is inside. Only the concert is missing.
The history of Milan, at least once you have to go there
Simply amazing to be able to enter and observe inside.
I really enjoyed the "Gran gala del balletto". I am happy that they have restarted with the shows. The theater itself is a marvel. Few people due to the distancing rules. The inversion of the space between the orchestra and the stage brought the dancers closer to the audience.
Theater la Scala in Milan, staying in Milan on a one-day trip, it is impossible not to enter the theater that impresses even when nothing was played. Paid entrance, museum in the middle divided into several rooms. recommend
It is the lyrical theater par excellence, BELLISSIMO
Ice cream is delicious. Is it because we ate delicious? I asked where the foreigners who were on the road bought it.
Yesterday Mozart listened !!!!!!!! Conductor Zubin Meta !!!!!!! 83 years old !!!!! No words .... Impressed so far ...
Really magnificent, imposing, regal and well-managed theater. I saw Zanodai's Opera by Francesca da Rimini, very engaging and exciting.
It did not impress me, the girl is common, and you can see the room with a little groan as the palm, provided you do not stay too long.
Obviously to see
Do not hesitate to consult one of the touch screens read at the disposal of the public to discover the history and the "backstage".
The small museum is quite small and without real interest (to our taste).
I where there in the Year 1991 ....it was amazing i hear Maria Callas ..with a Special song....and this song ..touch my soul....;-)
THE Italian opera house. Best in the country, and among the top in the world. The best operas and ballets, beautifully executed in a stunning, antique location. Absolutely worth a visit. There's also a pretty interesting museum, and guided tours of the Opera house (that need to be booked in advance).
Bad orchestra. Bizarre Beethoven 4th interpretation from Ricardo Chailly. Stage performance not good for symphony acoustics. La Scala is very beautiful architecture inside and our.
With the rehearsal I had half the opera experience for little money. Choose the right time!
Historical Place, should give the boys to participate in the First at a good price to involve them more, the boys are the future, the General Test is a beginning .. But the emotion of attending the premiere is different!
Simply unbelievable. Especially the museum in the section of the exhibition in honor of Maria Callas is special and well-kept. The ticket is a bit expensive but it is worth it even if you are not of the object. One of the places to visit if you are in Milan.
Nice theater and museum. If you're lucky you'll see a piece of an opera rehearsal during the day.
Absolute top. Prima alla Scala in the stalls, central seats. Excellent representation of Ernani. Both the performers and the orchestra were fantastic. Although I'm certainly not an expert.
Absolute enjoyment for all our senses, total soul and body involvement.
La Scala is MILAN
It is always wonderful to enter this Temple of Music.
The temple of the work. They didn't let me in, the same is good from the outside
The room is very beautiful, the museum less well. But nice visit to do
The most famous Italian theater. Already watching him inspires respect, then you think about how much he has contributed to the history of our nation and then you are really scared.
Amazing concert one of the most beautiful place I have seen in my life
