I think it's a must go-to spot in Sydney. Unreal sunsets and views of the harbor bridge.

Great views, good craft beers. Gets busy but a number of bars mean you don't have to wait for long. Good food choices. Highly recommend for visitors and locals alike.

What was great is now even better. With bookings and table service an icon makes a welcome return. Don t forget your phone - you need to it check in and order everything.

Love the Opera Bar. The atmosphere, views and general vibe are great. Food and drinks are good, yes may be a bit overpriced but the views are worth it. I find it a great spot to take visitors/tourists

Great location (probably the best beer garden in Australia) but souless, full of cruise line tourists and overpriced beer. A pub to be seen at for instagrammers

Good food and great drinks, not cheap: but you don't get this view anywhere else.

On a warm afternoon there is no better place to be.

On this cool night the heat lamps made it possible to sit outside and enjoy the architecture!

Very beautiful scenery in front of the opera house and the harbour bridge. Can have long waits for drink orders and is pricey.

Lovely place for an easy meal before theatre at the Opera House. Fabulous view across Sydney Harbour. Wine, cider, beer, fish and chips, salads, burgers.

Went expecting to be ripped off and have to wait ages for a drink but was pleasantly surprised. Got 2 Prosecco, a seat by the water and served straightaway at 7pm on a Tuesday.

AMAZING spot for a drink, pretty hard to beat the surroundings! Drinks are also very reasonably priced for the venue. Plenty of seating and space and the live band creates a great atmosphere.

If being at a cool location matters to you, this is the place to be. With a great harbor view and situated underneath the iconic sails of the opera house, this is a great place to begin your evening in the city.
There are plenty of tables and chairs with gas heaters available to warm your frosty hands on those winter nights. Bring a group of friends and you'll have a great lively laid back atmosphere to laugh over some drinks. Just bring alot of money, as quality doesn't come cheap!

Very expensive drinks though can have some decent music depending on the night. View though is too die for!

Fantastic harbourside location under the Sydney Opera House. Live music weekends, good beer, great food, excellent people watching

Such a great place to enjoy some drinks and food while you're surrounded by two landmarks (the Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge). Too bad they scrapped the Chinese/Vietnamese menu there but still a nice place to drink under a sunny weather. Still a very nice place to enjoy drinks and fingerfood while enjoying the view. The food servings are pretty small and its around $20, let alone the drinks which is another $15-30 on top.

Even on a rainy night it still had a great atmosphere with a fantastic view.

Such a great bar. Given the location, out I always busy and hard to get a table, but even still, standing and enjoying drinks with the Opera House and Harbour Bridge as a backdrop is amazing - even got a Sydney-sider!!

At Opera Bar you need to be prepared to pay for the view which is beautiful by the way. Looking straight at the illuminated Harbour Bridge at night time is a special experience. Maybe for that reason Opera Bar seems to be the place to be and if you are looking for a fun crowd I reckon this would be the place to go. With loud music and very many guests at any time of the week you want to try and avoid it in case you are looking for a cozy place where you can have a chat with a friend in order to catch up on the latest.

4 star only because of poor service and over priced. If it was show casting true Opera House spirit would give it a 5.

Worth it for the view. One of the must see places in the world. The view's free. But they make up for it when they charge for drinks and food.

Amazing scene in evening with big cruise lines in bay

Can't be in Sydney and not come to this amazing bar. Wow, wow, wow with the best view overlooking Sydney Harbour. Live music is a bonus along with a great vibe. Loved this place.

Well priced for such a great location. You cannot beat the view.
