I first got a vehicle at Open Road back in July of 2014. That initial great,first experience has since led me back 3 additional times. I consistently go back to Humberto Cruz to get any new vehicles. He has always been extremely fair with me and is willing to go above and beyond to get a deal done for his customers. He has the right personality for the job.. Not pushy. Very friendly. He will even take time to feed your kids and sit with em like he does with mine lol. Best yet, he'll keep walking back and forth to the manager for you to get a fair deal done. My man! The dealership is busy and yet has always taken the right amount of time to see to my needs. I highly recommend this dealership . I have personally sent friends there and they have also been satisfied.
