Ooms Makelaars Review

Er wordt ons gezegd dat we binnen een week de woning kunnen betreden. Na ongeveer onze hele levens aan gegevens aan Ooms te hebben aangeleverd worden ze heel slecht bereikbaar. Er moet non stop achteraan gebeld worden en er is elke dag wel weer een andere storing. Los daarvan lijkt het alsof er geen communicatie is tussen medewerkers. Je krijgt elke keer weer een andere status-update van een andere medewerker over dezelfde woning. Na 3 weken ons aan het lijntje te hebben gehouden wordt er verteld dat we niet oud genoeg zijn. Onze leeftijd hadden ze bij de bezichtiging al en er is toen expliciet gezegd dat het oke is. Dit makelaarskantoor gaat ronduit asociaal met hun klanten/huurders om. Kom hier niet!

edit: Nog geen uur na het schrijven van deze review word ik opgebeld door een nogal verhitte Roy van de klantenservice. Hij zegt het samen te willen oplossen maar hij valt me constant in de rede en zegt de hele tijd uit het niets dat ik op mijn toon moet letten, want anders gaan ze niks doen. Ik vind het uitermate vreemd dat klantenservice dit soort zinnen uitspreekt losstaand van het feit dat ik het hoofd meer dan koel hield, al wilde ik nog zo graag anders. Door de manier van communiceren van Roy is mijn onvrede alleen maar groter geworden. Uiteindelijk zegt hij me dat er intern gaat worden overlegd en dat ik terug zou worden gebeld met een gepaste oplossing. Dit is natuurlijk niet gebeurd.

Self-enrichment is more important than market knowledge.

Via via came to Ooms. Broker Mark had a visit and that was a good experience. Still, I wouldn't choose Ooms a second time. In my opinion it is too big, not a personal and sloppy organization for the following reasons: you always get someone else on the phone, e-mails are not answered within two working days, e-mails are sent twice, errors in Funda advertisement, errors in the purchase contract, a few hours before the planned viewing I am called that Ooms does not yet have the keys to the house and if the resolutive conditions have expired, you must inform yourself how or what. In addition, we were not always immediately informed of certain developments. An organization consists of more than one broker. As mentioned earlier, the contact with the broker was good, but everything around it. I think there are offices with a better price / quality ratio and for that reason 3 stars.

Finally lowered to 1 star. Pieces of the notary are not gone through as promised. In
at least I am still waiting for the feedback.

Promises a lot when there are problems it is not solved. And they cannot be found.

Very bad experience with Ooms Makelaars. Promises made on acquaintance were not fulfilled and halfway through the sales process the sale of my property was transferred to an intern. In addition, errors in the Funda advertisement and a complete lack of communication, all for a very high commission. Don't go with this broker!

We called to ask details about the flat before scheduling a viewing. They didn t have the information and said we would have to ask the real estate agent during the viewing. We went and they couldn t answer almost any of our questions (extra costs, mice issues, repairs, etc.). On top of that the real estate agent was not friendly and didn t seem to have any desire to do her job. Sadly, It was a waste of time.

Expensive. Unprofessional. Catty and unfriendly. Not customizable.

Have up-to-date knowledge of the market and an enthusiastic sales team. The response is accurate and fast.

I would definitely recommend this broker.
It almost sounds like a sales pitch, but I really can't think of anything that Jasper and the rest of the Ooms Makelaars sales team could have done better. Communication is very good and accessible. The information provision is good and Ooms Makelaars thinks very well and does not hesitate to give extra help if something does not go completely smoothly from the seller side (stuck abroad by Covid-19 in my case). I am very satisfied.

Do not send your data here! To guarantee the rent of an apartment for my son, they first asked me via email for salary details, passport scan and 3 months (!) Bank statements. After some insistence, this was possible via a 'secure' environment. After submitting this information, nothing was heard for 3 weeks and the apartment appears to have been rented to someone else.

Bad broker who does not send a response to the people who make a lot of effort to buy a house. Very unprofessional and rude.

In addition to a real estate agent who keeps his word and gets things done, Rogier is also empathetic and friendly! I have introduced him to friends before and will continue to do so. Thanks Rogier! You are the first one I will contact when I move again :)

I think that our money is not good enough than that of people who have nothing to do with our country and our beautiful city and often buy as an investment. I think we are 010 and not 020.

They are open, beautiful old building. Nice people.
