I am completely shocked that a company could operate in such a manner. I have paid for product 3 months ago and still do date have not received it despite my calling NUMEROUS times and being given a different ship date each time. Then finally today after three months of waiting I am told they are unable to fulfill the order. However, they have not yet refunded and I was not given a clear response as to when and/or if I would be fully refunded just simply that she would "look into getting me a refund." After this incident i decided to look further into this company only to be horrified by the discovery of 614 unanswered complaints on a single site and hundreds more around the web. I have made a gave mistake if doing business with a company that does not value it's customers and I hope this post will save someone else from making the same mistake.
