Hello Sergio, yes - if requested I have a tip (note: no complaint). There is occasional uncertainty about shared declarations, so invoices in the name of several people. This also occasionally means that declarations do not go entirely smoothly. But in all fairness: you will receive 10 euros from me that has been paid too much ;-).

ONVZ is not cheap but as they sometimes say; "You get value for money". They live up to what they say, the contact can be established quickly and the response is great. The website, the app and declaring with it is exemplary and is nothing you are looking at. Simply fine!
Have been insured with ONVZ for years and am always very satisfied with the services and advice. People are also helped in finding a specialist where they can be helped faster.
Have supplementary insurance since 2008 with 100% physical reimbursement and originally the same for manual therapy. The latter has been compensated to a limited extent for a few years. Additional insurance costs 61.83 in 2020 (Topfit). Unfortunately, it has to use it from 2009 onwards. Treatment program in consultation with highly experienced manual therapist and physiotherapists. Because too young for orthopedic surgery (which is much more expensive than therapy and will also have to be repeated over time). Live healthy, exercise a lot. Approach: stay as flexible as possible and this works! Without the therapy, sports and healthy food I would now have been in a wheelchair. Halfway through 2020, ONVZ decides to limit the number of physiotherapy and manual therapy treatments from me. The experience and insights of my main practitioner, the manual therapist, are ignored. Very insulting towards him. And on top of that: to this day I have not been personally informed. But every month I do receive an invoice for the additional insurance with 100% physiotherapy and a maximum of 9 manual therapy treatments. Scandalous ! The more extensive Superfit supplementary insurance has been abolished on 1-1-2021. So exchanging Topfit for Superfit is no longer possible.
have been with ONVZ for many years now. declarations are extremely simple to do and they pay within a couple days. plus the aanvullende verzekeringen is totally worth it. except the private hospital bed insurance. when i needed it, the hospital did not honor it and i was stuck in a room for days with 6 people men and women mixed
Today hit a wrong operator at the end of the day. In principle not a bad word about ONVZ, but pointing a customer to the fact that he should just read the policy and that that item has already been sent earlier, I find no help. Nor is it that the premium for Optifit is 448.20 per year and that the maximum reimbursement per two years is only 175 euros for contact lens reimbursement. With the request to alert the customers to this by means of a standard mail, it appears to be too much trouble and they cannot do it because they have too many customers. Bad. I am going to reconsider what wisdom is. The saying on the website "we are only satisfied if you are too" I think does not apply.
Try to submit a declaration for half an hour. Then done in 2's. Loose pin note added for the total amount. A bit clumsy. Maybe expand the site with more MB's.
With a young lady speaking to the customer service, she was horrible! Total not friendly, arrogant, while I only wanted to know some information about certain insurance as a new customer in the future! She said that I can not take out this insurance, because she knows that I will not qualify, as if she decides who can take out insurance and what! Instead of being helped well and friendly, she did very short and cold, did not want to communicate at all! I will certainly not insure myself here! Afrader !!
Although we were informed by telephone that the Hospice costs for the stay there would be reimbursed by my father, this turned out not to be the case later. Sad news, partly because it was suggested that we had made the mistake. Furthermore, after the death of my father, the premium of 2 months has not yet been refunded and there is still an invoice for which we have not received a reply. We have also been forced to make the internet provider of my deceased father active again because otherwise we cannot communicate with this care provider via e-mail. They refuse to change something as simple as an email address. In short, an unworthy health insurer (leave it to health care) with a much too high premium and evasive behavior with regard to benefits. So don't.
ONZ repeatedly gets 'lost' or 'the system' does not read the declaration properly. ONVZ then does nothing, so that you must keep checking every claim yourself. Repeated contact about it, no improvement whatsoever.

When you think its bad enough that you pay the maximum for your insurance and the insurer states they give you freedom of choice of medical care and even of brand of medication, but then remove the choice of medication from you even before removing it from their policym and advertisement, it's bad enough. And then you realise that you pay that much money because you want and expect the very best insurance, you get pregnant and you receive a kraampaket, with the essentials the government provides and a flimsy pluche as extra. Thats when you really realise that your insurance is really bad, Family relatives with lower and cheaper insurances got thermometers, or baby blankets and even other very useful items as bonus for choosing their insurances. ONVZ gives you... nothing! Or nearly nothing... only what they themselves don't have to pay for, this in exchange for your very very expensive policy. Ridiculous!!!! I only wish I knew all of this before I was pregnant and I could get rid of this policy ASAP to move to another provider that actually gives any thought about their consumers and rewards their choice. How this insurance company went from being the best in NL, with the best support and service, caring for their consumers, to simply the most expensive and with worse service is beyond me... Bad, really bad!
Dear Jordy Contacting you wont make any difference because it wont change the fact that I got a really bad kraampaket when compared to any other insurance in NL or that you are mistaken about the medication. ONVZ has provided freedom of choice of medication for years, last year it changed their policy without changing their online advertisement, which was only changed recently with the new insurance policy update. So hidding behind current policy does not change the false advertisement made to my knowledge, for at least one year before making it righ on their website and stopping falsely advertising medication freedom of choice. Its easy to write anything you want when the reviewer has no possibility to reply to it, unless as I am doing now. Next time, get your facts checked, as everything i got in my kraampaket is provided by the government to ONVZ except the flimsy toy your company gave me as bonus... Calling your services wont change that fact and wont give me a proper kraampaket. Plus you should know yourself taht teh only way to get ONVZ's Kraampaket is through your maternity services, so that question is very much redundant! My experience with your services recently has been constantly of incorrect, misleading and unverified facts. Thank you for adding to that with your response....
Claiming via the web or the app at ONVZ is a breeze. Upload or photograph an invoice and send it. No huge forms or other administration. A disadvantage of claiming ONVZ: if your claim is not accepted, you will not receive a notification from ONVZ. You have to find out for yourself.
