Today hit a wrong operator at the end of the day. In principle not a bad word about ONVZ, but pointing a customer to the fact that he should just read the policy and that that item has already been sent earlier, I find no help. Nor is it that the premium for Optifit is 448.20 per year and that the maximum reimbursement per two years is only 175 euros for contact lens reimbursement.
With the request to alert the customers to this by means of a standard mail, it appears to be too much trouble and they cannot do it because they have too many customers. Bad. I am going to reconsider what wisdom is.
The saying on the website "we are only satisfied if you are too" I think does not apply.
