With a young lady speaking to the customer service, she was horrible! Total not friendly, arrogant, while I only wanted to know some information about certain insurance as a new customer in the future!
She said that I can not take out this insurance, because she knows that I will not qualify, as if she decides who can take out insurance and what!
Instead of being helped well and friendly, she did very short and cold, did not want to communicate at all!
