I'm 39 weeks pregnant and the service give me so much stress... I kept on calling the office to follow up and give important message but its useless.. They were good in promises and as if knows your concern but they don't!!! What kind of door tags that they were talking about that they left if they miss to deliver? Maybe invisible door tag! For my situation I tried to wait infront the gate 3x for almost an hour but no deliveries and don't even bothered to call me! The whole day I was stucked inside the apartment just to wait for the stupid delivery! So disappointed with their service!

This company is absolutely incompetent. I chose one-day shipping from Best Buy for a large item which shipped with OnTrac on Thursday to arrive Friday. I then took the day off work as I needed to be home to receive the package. Tracking showed out for deliver at 8am, once 5pm rolled around no one had showed. I waiting longer and refreshed my tracking page to find that the driver indicated "NOT HOME ON DELIVERY ATTEMPT". Bullshit, I was home all day waiting for this guy. Then after 30 minutes of waiting on hold I got through to customer service who informed me that if I wanted to pick it up tomorrow (Saturday), that I could do that. Come Saturday I was informed that the package is still locked up on the truck and no one at the facility to get it regardless of their posted hours. I now have to wait until Monday, 4 days after I paid for their supposed 1-day shipping. This is a terrible company, if you can avoid them at all, do so. From the lying delivery man to the inept process at the pickup facility, i'm surprised any large corporation like best buy would still have contracts with them.

They kept blindly attempting delivery despite multiple calls and notes on the account to call first, even after dispatch notified driver. Then, dispatch promised to have the package waiting at pickup facility several days ago and it only arrived at the facility for pickup today. No attempt was made to contact me about availability or status. I only found out because i was investigating what happened.
I am heading there in a few minutes- i can only guess as to whether or not it's actually there.

This is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. My package was supposed to be delivered on November 18. It is now December 2. After three "unsuccessful" delivery attempts, they held the package. These alleged attempts never occurred. In fact, I spoke with the driver and he said he had and has had nothing for me. I have since called Ontrac three more times on three different occasions and spoke with Chris, Iris, and Christian. The first two times I was promised delivery the following morning; it never happened. Yesterday, Christian said they would have Google deliver my package that same evening. No one ever came. With that said, I would never recommend this company. They lie and have zero accountability. Pay a little more and get reliable service with FedEx or UPS.

The worst experience I've ever had with a company. It wasn't so much about receiving the package after the 3rd attempt, but wanting to simply be done with having any tie to them. I was told contradicting information from the 6 times I spoke to customer service reps. Just an exhausting experience.

Where do I start, for starters, I called and e-mailed this Company, to call and or ring my doorbell, the IDIOT did not do either and forced my package through the top of the security gate, about twelve to thirteen feet onto solid Marble steps and completely destroyed my $249.99 Bluetooth Speaker and this is not the first time, the last package was left unattended at the front gate, in the middle of the Mission District in SanFranco, high crime and crack & meth and homeless capital of California and this was a $395.00 Cellphone. Beware of this Company, way to many Idiots. How can a Company be so Stupid as to do this, unacceptable and uncalled for. I'm going to do everything in my power to have the IDIOT fired for being so Stupid and disrespectful. Plus the Idiot I told what has happened told me to have Amazon deal with it, (HA) Amazon had nothing to do with the Idiots that delivered my package, its OnTrac responsibility to replace the item, they are the Idiots that destroyed it to begin with, not Amazon and Amazon should investigate them and find another Company to deliver packages for them other than the Idiots at OnTrac. Maybe if they Fired the Idiot that destroyed my item and apologize and at least ring my doorbell or call when they arrive with packages, they might come out of this rut and show a little respect, they may do ok????? Who knows. {{{Update}}} OnTrack finally got their sh right, they have an app that let's you know where they are and it actually works, I am 100% impressed and shocked at the same time. Only if UPS , FedX and USPS gets the same app, life would be less stressful and no worries if some thief tries to steal my packages, I'll be waiting with a base ball bat, deal with that, you freaking San Francisco lo~life thief's!!!

This company is literally the worst. On two separate occasions, they "attempted delivery/no one home" three days in a row -- half of the times they didn't read the special instructions I'd sent (which was just the keypad number that's linked directly to my phone so I could let them in) and the other half was just a lie because I never received a call from the front door. On all occasions the tracking said there was a door tag left but there never was. On the third day of attempt for my second package I FINALLY got a call from the front door and talked to the driver and told him I'd buzz/unlock the door. He didn't enter and called again, and again I buzzed to let him in. Tell me why I looked online ten minutes later and it said attempted/no one home!? Today was day four they were supposed to attempt delivery. Never got a call again, still don't have my package and super pissed. Also, calling the customer service on both occasions hasn't changed anything. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible delivery company! I never had problems with my packages being delivered until they used this company. Not only they didn't deliver the package but I went to the warehouse the day before it was supposed to be sent back to sender and they refused to give me the package because they claimed they already packed it. It just so frustrating and stupid. Hopefully the companies don't use this anymore and they will get out of business because they are clearly doing a terrible job as a delivery company.

worst experience ever they first sent my package to the wrong person then leave my box in the front of my apartment and claimed it to be signed or whatever so obviously the workers as well as the company it seems don't give a damn about your stuff. waiting at home right now for a package that apparently i wasn't home for as well as constantly being on hold on the phone and whats with them all having the same number do people even work at ontrac. Paid extra money to have a package delivered. I attempted to call and email the company to find out where to pick up the overnight package after they tried to deliver when no one was home. I did not receive call backs as per their phone message. Waited on the line over 30 minutes 3 different time throughout the day. VERY POOR buisness practice. Apple should figure this one out-- go back to FEDEX or UPS.

Awaiting a package that is being delivered by OnTrac. Package arrived at their facility at Dec 16, 2013 4:03AM, Service commitment time to be delivered : 12/16/2013 by 8pm. It is currently Dec 17 12:34AM and the package has not moved from this facility and their customer service does not answer the call but plays the loop message saying "Did you know OnTrac provides on time delivery?".

I missed a delivery, which is on me, but I was unable to use their website to do any kind of tracking with the door tag. I called to have my package held for pickup since otherwise it wouldn't be delivered until Monday, and it took five calls with over an hour waiting on hold to get a rep on the line. Now I'm standing at their facility door to pick up my package and the office is completely empty during scheduled business hours. I'll be doing what I can to ask Amazon not to send me anything via this company in the future. I'd rather wait a little longer and get some level of customer service.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm still waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered Monday.... it's Friday now. I don't understand how this is still an issue. I've spoke to corporate managers that were unable to reach the driver's of this facility. Idk if it's all of Ontrac or just this specific location but all I can say is this is absolutely ridiculous. I just want the stuff I paid for. This is my first experience with this company and will be my last. Shout out to FedEx for always delivering my packages on time exactly when they say they will!!!

Not news that they falsified records saying that they had attempted delivery when they hadn't. I do not agree that being poorly paid makes for excusable behavior. I always have packages coming through them to be held for pickup. Even then they have been unable to locate package. Even 1/5 of is an exaggeration.

They falsify tracking info! Said no one was home 6:30pm and left a door tag. First of all we were eating dinner right behind the front door during that time. There were 6 people in the house from 3pm-10pm and there was no doorbell or knock. Not even a door tag was left! I wish I can give zero stars! No wonder everyone's giving the same review I thought it was a weird incident but NO! This company needs new people and better training! I'd appreciate it if the tracking said delayed instead of faking that no no one was home!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I cringe when I see a business has trusted OnTrac to deliver my packages. REI used them once and I never received the item and remote recently, Walmart used them to deliver a package over $100 in merchandise and I never received it. There are package lockers in my apartment building, in which obviously neither time, the driver used. The note on the delivery stated in mail room . I contacted customer both times and the only response I received was our driver was in the right place, please contact the seller . I wish companies gave me a choice whether to use them or not because I never ever would choose to use them.

This company has lost more of my packages over the years than I can count. Mishandling, mis-deliveries and no ability to solve your problem. Shippers/merchants think they are saving money... you aren't. Today I was the victim of ONTRAC again. 4 packages lost, we don't know where they are. Promises of a call back never happen. Try calling them, you can wait 20, 30, 45 min or more to track a package. The website is rarely accurate or up to date. There is no excuse for this.

It happened to me twice, the ontrac driver marked my package delivered but he gave my package to his friend instead of delivering it to me and/or my place of business. It was all caught in camera. The whole deal. Disgusting and disappointing that someone will intently mislead customers and amazon so they can keep my packages.

I repeatedly get my packages left outside my gate where the dope fiends roam around at all hours. Every since Google Express switching to onTrac, on single text or call. The doorbell never rings. The time stamp appear on the tracking does not match with the actual delivered time. Specific instruction to delivery on a date, but delivered on the day before, a day that no one is home.

OnTrac is really bad in delivering packages. They ALWAYS(!) leave packages outside the door in Mission Street in San Francisco for deliveries of apartment occupants. They are too lazy to go to tenants' apartments to deliver the packages, if not deliver to manager's office if no one is home. We have lost packages because of this OnTrac laziness!

Their corporate culture encourages their employees to be habitual liars because their drivers have to rent their own trucks, they get paid per delivery, and they don't get paid nearly well enough. In order to score themselves some extra cash, their drivers frequently mark my Amazon packages as delivered when they are still on the truck (for all I know, they steal the packages for themselves), they almost always throw packages over the fence in my front yard (despite there being an open gate), and they NEVER ring the doorbell or knock. On more than one occasion, I have spent an entire day at home, waiting for their package delivery, only to be shocked when the tracking information says that they attempted delivery, which never happened.

Would never use again..called twice customer service to politely ask to leave the package at the facility and was told twice that they would take care of it and call back. Guess what, none of those people on the phone actually did it. Oh, and I live in an apartment complex where packages left u fed the mailboxes get stolen very easily. So, I gave them special instructions to leave my package at the leading office. People, why is so hard to just go to office and leave it there? You can definitely do it. All in all, they don't care so don't even bother using this company.
