Colliers "property manages" for my home owners association. Their level of total incompetence and utter contempt for their customers is unbelievable. They provide managers with NO experience and charge ridiculous fees. How a company like this can stay in business is incomprehensible to me. Colliers employment reviews say they are a good place to work. I can certainly see that since their employees appear to do no work at all!
don't wast your money, Guillaume will thief you, he will chase you to get your business then not return inquiries, they also offer shill bidding to make you feel like you have achieved maximum potential but they sell to there close developers friends at a cheap price.
The worst building management ever. Burwood plaza public toilets are disgusting and perpetually blocked. Staff toilet had a broken seat which management tried to fix with sticky tape. Complained about this every week to management for 5 weeks now and toilet seat now removed but not replaced. This is the one and only staff toilet in the building.

Year ago we bought a off plan unit from Colliers, it will be settled recently, made 2 inspections that including a final one, and found the quality of the building is too far away from what we had come across their sample in the show room before. I am doubt that the trades men who are doing the jobs are all apprenticeship or qualified: kitchen drawers are full of chips, stone bench top are full of scratches and dented, drainage is not properly waterproofed , skirting board is away from the floor level with big gaps, dishwasher is contorted in the place.. It's not a word can express. It's just looked as if they finished in a big rush by the unskilled workers. I will never buy the off plan stuff again!!! NO body is responsible for the quality!

They don t answer their phone, don t return emails, yesterday the Newcastle number was engaged constantly, communication. How do these people expect to rent or sell properties if they can t be communicated with?
Poor management in the settlement team and very unprofessional. Had issues even prior to moving into our unit which was 12 months delayed. Reported some other issues and some are safety related but weren t attended promptly. We ended up had to follow up with the Builders ourselves to get things fixed. Will never engage this agency anymore.
I would give them minus 10, if there were provisions. Trying to get them to release my bond, what a torture. If I have a commercial property, surely they will never be my choice of agents. I have to reconcile things for them. The accounts department is an absolute joke( This is a review for Colliers international Mascot- Hope you can forward it to your associates)
I can see quite a few bad reviews for these boys, and I have myself left a lot of bad reviews for real estate agents out there.
I can tell you honestly that Cameron & Michael from Colliers Commercial team are the 2 best agents I have worked with so far. They are constantly thinking of opportunities for us, looking after us (even though we are not on the stake of getting a property). They are just really relationship oriented and personally interested in our business which makes them good hearted agents!
Would highly recommend working with both of them whether you are a landlord/seller or a tenant/buyer.
