Poor attention and manners on the part of caregivers. Little real interest in the people staying there. I do not recommend it.

We are delighted with the Residence and its workers.
Unfortunately, we had to enter here a very dear family member because he could no longer live alone and in Riosalud the attention he is receiving is very good.
The center is at the gates of the Guadarrama mountain range, very close to El Escorial and its facilities are very comfortable and spacious. It is not seen, as in other centers that we went to visit, saturation by any place and there is no lack of personnel either.

Our family member, who we always ask when we are going to visit, is delighted, so little else can be said.

Keep in that way!

Enchanted with this residence. My father has no complaint about almost nothing.
The attention is excellent and if there is a problem, they immediately attend to you and try to solve it in the best way possible.

I find it a good residence, compared to others out there, I think they take good care of the residents. I only see one bad thing, the director, is a superb person with very little empathy for others. That's why I rate it with 3 stars, if that lady was not there, I would surely give it 5 stars.

Lack of attention and information to family members about the health status of residents. The address is vengeful as soon as you make the slightest observation. The medical attention is ominous. Lack of staff. If you want your family member to be cared for, you have to hire a private person

It's a shame the lack of attention, lack of staff, cleaning the smell of the place, the food, the attention and the doctor they have in the morning should be somewhere else. Shame of residence, they do not take care of the elderly and it is more they hide information from you, the doctors hide everything from you or they make up the history and more in the situation we are in ... it is a SHAME.

Bad food bad doctors bad service if you want your elders don't bring them here. Apart from what is worth 2000 a month if you want to treat your elders well you should hire someone particular because they do not help them here at all they charge them up to raise them some slopes that they cannot raise, slopes that should not come out, all positive comments are false

Excellent nursing home.
In addition to having luxurious facilities and a enviable environment, human warmth and direct contact with residents is the best I have seen in centers of this type, which in the end is what differentiates one nursing home from another.
Recommended one hundred percent for the stay of the most loved relatives.
