Fantastic fun for people of all ages. The return of the Cinespehre is epic, and the light display until March is supposed to be fab too. It's an intersting area to wander when there's few people there. Hopefully it doesn't get turned into expensive condos.

Great place to go. The plastic skating rink wasn't for me on I noticed that people who brought there own skates had not problem but the rentals I had were garbage. The light exhibit was very nice but doesn't rival Fort Henry in Kingston.

Fire pit at the EX! Who knew? The location is unique - across from the Toronto Island airport and flanked on the other side by the city skyline. We rented the fire pit - an approximately 8ft metal disk surrounded by large stones for sitting - and hung out for a few hours. There is no drinking but plenty of marshmallows were had. Definitely would do it again - great night!

5 star for the Aurora Light Festival Toronto which runs during December. Easy, reasonable parking price.

Very reasonable admission.

Lots of walking spaces on spacious area with lots of nice, cute, interesting light arts.

Food might be pricey as usual for such an event.

It s a must go on your list specially with the winter aurora festival happening. Don t forget to bring the kids and yeah it is a family place. Kids will love it. With tons of lightning, people dressed up in fairy costumes it s just a little Disney land. Plus feel free to bring your skates or you may want to try snow tubing there.

It was fun, it's a very bright fair, the only thing that I think is very expensive, why the family access was $ 76 for two adults and three children, and apart from that, you have to buy tokens to get on the games. The food area is the best there is Putin which is my favorite dishes especially the one that comes with brisquet. In general we had a great time we arrived from 6 and left at 10 that close the place.

Beautiful view of the Toronto skyline. Cosy breeze from the lake. Perfect for walking, running, biking, reading, sleeping, hanging out with family/friends. Just don't drive here. Come on your feet or on your bike.

Clearly the sescridescr of what is going on at Ontario Place is a total embellishment! It is in the same dilapidated state is has been in for the past 20 years with the addition of a synthetic rink and a "pavilion" that is a 15-20 min walk from the rink. Other than that, nothing was open but a singular ice cream stand, a food truck and a beaver tail food truck. NOTHING else is open...it is NOT as promised on the website. It is barely "open". I would not recommend this at all unless you want to walk around a bunch of closed buokdings, dirty property in bad shape.

Hopefully this remains a public park. Always different activities, water access, little food /drink shacks & Muskoka chairs throughout. Great running / walking paths that connect to Trillium Park plus free yoga Saturday and Sunday all summer long :)

We thought that it had seriously fallen apart and they closed it down in the fall of that year. They may not yet have decided what to do with it, but the Winter Light Festival is a great way to get people out in the cold.

Dropped by tonight at The Aurora Winter Festival with my family. $25 pp to get in and then extra charges for most items. You get a free drink with your entry fee if you want to stand in line for 45 mins. Take the cost of the free drink off the entry fee and let people decide if they want a drink or not. Parking is $12 and the lineup for parking is ridiculous. In my opinion, this should be a free event for anyone that wants to attend. The lighting looks like they went on Alibaba and spent $3000. The skating area is cramped and you have to put your skates on outside in the cold. There is no DJ playing music while you skate. This is a mediocre event that is disorganized. I suggest you go to City Hall or Harborfront and you skate for free.

Lively and exceptionally entertaining evening at the Cirque de Soleil show at the Ontario place. It was a 1st down by the water and seeing the city lights and view of the lake. The good times keep rolling. The artists were amazing as well as the lighting and the whole ambience.

It used to be a great summer destination. Now it's just a dirty, rusty run down and tired infrastructure. There is just the usual sensational marketing tactics when they run entertainment events. I was there with my son for the Toronto triathlon festival. The waterfront is dirty with questionable water quality and high E coli levels. I stand by my review.

This was one time a gem of the city's urban park but owned and operated by the province. Built in the 1970s and I even had a summer job there once during my university it was a fun place for everyone until management neglected to update the park to keep up with the times. A few venues run occasionally here (such as the Imax cinesphere) but otherwise it's closed for renovations. Hopefully the province will restore it's glory by maintaining some of the iconic architecture (the pods and cinesphere) and not ruin in by putting in something stupid like a commercial hotel casino.

Loved my one and only time at the cinesphere back in the 1970's. I also attended several concerts and miss the original stage that revolved. The architect is someone whom I think highly of and I think Canadians are fortunate to have a place like Ontario place.

Was here in the summer for a nice bike ride through the old Ontario Place park. This time around we were here to see the Christmas lights which were really nice. There were some indoor areas to keep warm and a nice fire pit to roast marshmallows if you wanted to. For those you want to there is also a ice rink if you wanted to go ice skating. The golf ball building is a movie theatre. If I had more time I would check it out. I will have to do so in the summer when I have more time.

Saw Imagine Dragons here and my daughter & her boyfriend had a great time at the Warp Tour this summer. Downfalls were trying to find places inside the gates where they could buy non alcohol beverages.
