Dropped by tonight at The Aurora Winter Festival with my family. $25 pp to get in and then extra charges for most items. You get a free drink with your entry fee if you want to stand in line for 45 mins. Take the cost of the free drink off the entry fee and let people decide if they want a drink or not. Parking is $12 and the lineup for parking is ridiculous. In my opinion, this should be a free event for anyone that wants to attend. The lighting looks like they went on Alibaba and spent $3000. The skating area is cramped and you have to put your skates on outside in the cold. There is no DJ playing music while you skate. This is a mediocre event that is disorganized. I suggest you go to City Hall or Harborfront and you skate for free.
