We ordered a white beer, we got a white beer 0.0. we say something about it, oh .... and they do nothing about it. The varied starter was TOP. However, if you are gluten free, you should not come here. There was little gluten free. They remove everything that is with gluten and add unsolicited mushrooms. No consultation. sweet but I don't like that. Without a sauce the chateau briand is very dry. How simple is it to make a gluten-free sauce with cornflour !!! There were croutons on the salad. OH yes, do you want a new one ??? No it has to be: sorry you get a new one. When I said it made me sad: we will pass it on to the chef. We also did not get the bonbon with the coffee, nothing replacement. The bill .... everything that was taken off .... at least not from the bill. Too bad, this was a damper our my sisters day.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch, friendly and attentive staff and good quality food for a fair price.

We were amazed that there was no disinfectant at the entrance. We were neatly received and taken to the place. Table was neatly set and the card was brought.
Unfortunately, the card was too dirty to accept and scroll through. A bit of a shame if you try to give a luxurious look to the restaurant, but the dirty menu gave it a different look.
The food was not really hot but fortunately it has a good taste.

Normally I feel 'starting with a sandwich' is unnecessary, but not with Ons Lagerhuys. The sandwich is warm, crispy and is accompanied by 4 delicious spreads, with the homemade herb butter as a favorite! Then we were allowed to enjoy the 'bite-swallow-amuses'. This is a tasting of five starters. All very tasty! Then on to a stew as a head. I ask if I can add the Greek cooking wine with which it is made. After some surprise, the very cheerful waitress (she makes everyone feel very welcome in all her cheerfulness and orange hair) taste the wine
Whether I still want it (yes!). Very tasty! Returned next day! Yum!

Cozy restaurant and good food. A small mistake when ordering with the sauce, it has been corrected to the correct one. The vegetarian surprise was very good, but may be more choices in dishes.

When you enter here you immediately feel welcome. The building exudes a warm and nostalgic atmosphere. The service is excellent and the food is of good quality. If we are in the area again, we will probably eat here again.

Hamburger was served half raw and the spare ribs consisted of more fat than meat. The operation went very bored around and seemed totally do not enjoy their work. No more 2nd time at this restaurant for us.

First of all: The restaurant is beautifully decorated, totally rustic and cozy. You can also sit outside.

For the starter, we opted for the prawns and the Vitello tonato salad. What can I say? Both never eaten so tasty anywhere. The sauce of the scampi was simply indescribable! For that alone I would travel to Garderen again!
The spare ribs for the main course unfortunately tasted less good. They were more cooked than grilled / baked. The taste was more like a piece of Kassler.
The Black Angus burger was okay. But nothing more.

Upon entering we were helped fairly quickly with our 1st drink and menus. After 5 minutes they wanted to have it back pretty quickly because of the crowds in the restaurant ... Starter also came quite quickly but for the main course and had to wait 5 minutes! (after reporting it for an hour. Oops, completely forgot to pass it on)
Staff were very amicable, actually too ...
We still got a coffee from the house as compensation.
The food was delicious!

We only had a cup of coffee here. Tasty but a bit economical.

Well, terribly bad. Bad service, bar staff seem too lazy to walk around. The reepate tasted like old dog food and the game stew barely contained any meat. The silt tongue was especially terribly dry and all the salads attached tasted the same from the same not great sour sauce. But the service remains the biggest disappointment, can't you smile? It is clear that that work is not for pleasure. Do not understand where those high scores come from here, it will probably be from a while ago because at the moment it is simply a ballet tent.

What was supposed to be a nice evening meal was an embarrassment. Started with a sandwich with spreads that went well. Only we hadn't finished that before the main course came. We are very surprised because it came so quickly. The tongues of sludge were tasty but the fries we got were very dark as if they had been in the pan 3 times.
So within 40 minutes we had finished everything and could leave.
Staff very unfriendly. We had also indicated that we were not satisfied and an excuse could not be given away. This was our 2nd bad experience at this restaurant so never again for us .

Delicious lunch and lots of fun. Also rented a scooter twice. 1x with a route map so that we had a beautiful ride for 2 hours. Second time with the scooter to Harderwijk. The wind in your hair and again a beautiful route. Service super good and even the native population on the terrace also receives 5 stars from us for the characteristic Garderen coziness. Top ... worth a detour.

Make sure your booking has been processed. When we placed a booking through our own website, we did not receive a confirmation. When we called half an hour in advance to see if it had come through, it turned out that they were full and had not yet looked at the website bookings due to pressure.

Here I first drank a glass of wine on the terrace and then ate it. It takes a long time if you order something with the drink before it is served. Asked 2x because I was afraid I'd forgotten with it. It was not busy on the terrace, but one other table occupied. Unfortunately.
Still eat. Food was fine. Nothing to complain about (and served fairly quickly, so you can).

Enjoy yourself while enjoying a good glass of wine, that is possible at our lagerhuys.

Normally I would never bother to post a review, but this restaurant is not recommended. Never treated so unkindly on the phone in my life. In view of the responses, the restaurant does not appear to have self-reflection.

Very nice restaurant. Casual with great food. We had a super dessert! !

The lunch itself was very tasty. But my and my daughter's pancake was way too hot (on a piping hot plate from the oven), we could not eat it until the rest was ready for a long time. The Nutella my daughter had put on it had become completely hard due to the heat.
When we indicated this, the first staff member responded very nicely and, after a consultation, decided to give a sandwich. Unfortunately there came after the second staff member and sir started a discussion with us that the pancakes, because they are hot, are considered very tasty.
We did not agree with that but had to do it. No sandwich toasted for my daughter but she had to eat her too hot pancake, with Nutella that tasted like nothing.
By the way, find it bizarre that you enter into a discussion with customers who are not at peace. I think it would be better if customers left the house happy and at peace. And that for less than a few euros.
So for us no positive experience and not worth repeating.

We have eaten here several times. The menu also changes seasonally, keeping it fresh and new. The chef really makes it something special. Whether it is a bistro menu or really off the menu. The vegetarian surprise of the cook is really a wonderful taste experience. You can taste that it is fresh and prepared with love. Our dog is also welcome there. The service is nice, attentive and you don't have to wait long. Whether it is busy or not. It is always recommended to make a reservation. Portions not too large, that leaves room for dessert, also recommended. Definitely recommended at this beautiful place Veluwe!
