Scum of the earth, DO NOT do business with these people. They will sell you a load and give you false delivery info pertaining time frames. When you have to sit on the load they play games and dont want to work with you or pay anything extra, no layover or anything. You have been warned stay away from these scam artists.
Genuinely friendly staff! Small company feel with a powerhouse (echo global logistics) backing. Definately a dream team I would want on my side. I truly believe that with no contract you are missing out if you haven't given them a shot.
This broker is B.S.! Booked our first load with Mitchal at 9:30 am. My driver was empty 20 miles away, waited for rate confirmation, sent back, arrived at brokers shipper at 10:52 am to pickup over-sized 70' material. Ordered the over-sized permits needed. As of 5:02 pm my driver still is not loaded. They have eaten up my drivers ELD log book and we are limited to the hours we can drive due to the over-sized status. I would have pulled my driver but I already had a investment of permits. Stay clear of this broker, stopped answering phones and emails once I told him I was expecting detention. UPDATE: Driver was finally loaded at 5:50 pm - 7 hours later. Will update if detention was given. NO DETENTION was given. I finally did receive an email from Mitchal stating "I apologize for the inconvenience"......Well Mitchal, apologizing doesn't put money in my driver's pocket for sitting and having to shut down due to oversize curfew.
Worst broker to deal with! MS MARIA EXT 6983 sold us a load of "palletized baled cardboard". We got loaded with loose trash! Shipper refused to unload, Maria refused to pay TONU. DAMAGED 2019 food grade trailer.

Booked a load with this broker, said my ETA for pick up was going to be 10am. Around 9am I noticed they were taking longer on my previous delivery, so I let them know it wasn't looking like 10am anymore. They told me to contact the shipper; I did and they said we were going to be fine up to 12:30, which was going to be absolutely ok. I sent them an email saying we were going to be ok, and I even had a reload after this delivery with them. Suddenly, like 5 minutes after we were all good, they said "Sorry we took you off the load and got it covered with someone else, don't send your driver" I called Mr. Kevin, who is supposed to be the "boss" there, and he just gave me no reason to why they had to take me off a load, I just think they found something cheaper and decided to take me out. This is just not they way this business works, for my point of view, you should have a reason when taking someone off a load. Shipper was completely ok with receiving me later, because I spoke with the guy in charge there. They were not able to give a good reason, all they said is they couldn't risk it, when there was no risk at all. Get serious people, I make this review, because carriers need to be aware of how serious they'll be taken when booking a load.

John Rogers will sell you oversize load as legal. 130 miles drive and wasted day to find out about it. Saying that is a dispacher mistake. But, gues what John, I talked to shipper guys and thay told me there was another driver before me who was surprised same way and refused this load.

I have dealt with them numerous times and never had a problem. Wendy is a broker who made me trust this company and we did several loads with her. But on the other side a broker name Tray Anderson is a guy you should never work with, its employees like him who brings the company down. This guy booked a partial with us and than had a delivery date set up for the day when it was a federal holiday. So when we delivered the load a day after this guy deducts 30% of freight value saying that partial was delivered a day later. We tried to explain even sent him email from shipper and receiver both saying they did not have had any problem with the delivery date. Upon asking if he read the email he said no and he blocked our emails ( such a child working in a big company ). Wendy was nice to call him and explaining him that he is wrong and he shouldn't do this, guy replied to her that this is personal. Anyhow this guy is a joke.

Tandy and Steve were great to work with, shipping my skid steer from TN to CO. Tandy did a great job communicating even though we both knew we would have delays with Christmas and New Years. She went out of her way to make sure there was no questions or concerns from my end. John (driver) was great to work with as he was patient as the seller shipped the skid steer to me with a dead battery. John did a great job communicating where he was at and when he would be arriving.

We booked a load with David Kocina . When we call the load was supposed to deliver after 2 days (600 miles) and we told him that we can only take the load if we deliver the next day and he said he will call the receivers and check if we can make the deliveries tomorrow. Next day we ended up waiting because the receiver didnt want to take to load and asked us to wait for the original date. After all we ended up paying the expenses for extra day and losing the day .We spoke with David all the time but looks it wasnt first time they were doing that .
Broker did not pay TONU. The load weight supposed to be 43,000 lbs per rate confirmation, shipper loaded 45,320 lbs, overweight by 320 lbs, they would not cut the product. Jennifer, broker for Online Freight said to drive illegal or customer is going to take full load back, and will not pay TONU so we took the load to shipper.
This brokerage company does not honor the load confirmation rate. Tim Leto the broker sort cut 200$ for a partially load that initially supposed to be one piece . for the second extra piece he promised he would pay $200, which it didn t happen, even though I received the rate confirmation revised.
Not to mention that my dispatcher was coursed and harassed by this individual when he asked for extra money. This abusive conduct it will be reported to other websites to aware others to be careful about these Brokers!
We booked a legal rgn load with Andrea . The only thing she asked when booking was my trailer type and no other details. I called the shipper the night before loading to get details on the load to insure it would fit legally and the shipper insisted that the load would work on my trailer. When we arrived for loading in the morning the bumper to the Mack truck did not clear the rear deck on my trailer so we would not scale the load. I messaged Andrea about it and asked her to call me. She simply responded that my truck was not the 29 ft well she requested ( which she never did). I called her again a week later to speak about a TONU and she got really aggressive with me.

First they don`t know how to answer the phone after you get a load with them. Tristram Christensen and Cleo Walker are the worst. Cleo Walker is the rudest human being you will ever meet. Short story is don`t work with these no good brokers. the will waste your time money diesel and put all the blame on you.
stay away from these guys if you don't want any troubles, it has been over 60 days on a invoice that is still on hold, and you wont be able to get anyone responsible on the phone, they sell the same load to many different carriers and cancel you on it. I would never use them again ever. laod# 22001

Broker (Tim Leto) hired us to pick-up load from La Porte on 4/4/18. He knew our equipment and our capability. When our truck and 40' gooseneck trailer arrived, shipper could not load. When we has for a $50 trip charge, Tim's exact response, "Sorry, bad luck / bad karma. I can't pay your driver for time or you for gas. Who would I charge?" Read the other reviews and judge for yourself... beware!

Booked a load with an agent from this company Mary Staneva . She lied about appt time and refused to pay a total sum of 250$ for a layover . Never wanted to answer my calls after we drop the load 2 days later than scheduled . My driver missed to get on time home for Fathers Day ! DONT USE THEM they will screw you over for sure !

Would not recommend this broker for anything. We had an issue with lost freight that is litigation and the freight bills were on hold while this was being resolved. They sent our company to collections without notice. In turn incurring more charges to our company for having to get our lawyer involved with the collections agency.

**AGENTS BEWARE - WASTE OF TIME** Would give no stars if I could, their recruiters spent years chasing me and telling me about their "awesome technology", "non-exclusive" agent opportunities, and economies of scale achieved as part of Echo. After several years of solicitation I finally expressed interest in their "online LTL platform", wasted hours running lanes, investigation their pricing tool and rescheduling a meeting with VP of Recruiting Nick Douchekow several times, only to be told they wanted all my business not the LTL.
Total misrepresentation of everything, which is just another way of saying they lied to me. My experience after 25 years in the logistics industry is that agency recruiters rank somewhere just below sleazy used car salespeople on an integrity scale.

WORST COMPANYY TO WORK WITH!! I booked a load with Micheal Pjeter from TX - AL. At loading the guard runs through the trailer and places the seal on the trailer. When the driver arrived at pick up the facility did not want to unload him because the trailer was damaged. The trailer had a VERY small sent on the side. The trailer was loaded in the same conditions. The warehouse in TX did not see anything wrong with the trailer. When the driver opens up the doors at delivery there are giant supersacks loaded on top of eachother. The warehouse placed wooden pallets to "support" the supersacks. The pallets were obviously broken because they were not set on a flat surface they were placed on top of another supersack!! The manager at Online Freight Services was very very rude he yelled at me saying that it was our drivers fault they did not want to unload him. He told us he couldnt even pay us $500 to bring it back to TX. Going back and forth with him, he agreed to pay us $3700.00 for the round trip and bring it back to TX. BECAUSE obviously if this receiver is extremely picky with their merchandise the warehouse at the pick up should not have double stacked the trailer and should have rejected my trailer since the beginning. The driver delivered on time and never paid us. We filed on their bond and they came back with a check for $846.00 for absolutely nothing because it doesnt even cover driver or diesel expenses. Now they were on board with paying us to bring it back to TX and they stated they were forced to sent a rate confirmation. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT PAY!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This is one of the strangest brokers I've ever TRIED to work with. The problem is they don't answer the phone! Probably about twice a year I'm sitting on top of a job they have and it's going where I want to go but I can never get a human on the phone, does not matter if you leave a voicemail. It's almost like they are a front for something else and have no interest in being a brokerage.
This broker offers to haul 48 000lb of freight 1448 miles for 1800.
Highly dont recommend them under any circumstances.

i booked the load with Christopher Adkins my driver went to pick up the load got loaded 7 hours in 4 diffrent docks i called asked for detention i left voicemail emailed him couple time no answer they dont care about drivers
