WORST COMPANYY TO WORK WITH!! I booked a load with Micheal Pjeter from TX - AL. At loading the guard runs through the trailer and places the seal on the trailer. When the driver arrived at pick up the facility did not want to unload him because the trailer was damaged. The trailer had a VERY small sent on the side. The trailer was loaded in the same conditions. The warehouse in TX did not see anything wrong with the trailer. When the driver opens up the doors at delivery there are giant supersacks loaded on top of eachother. The warehouse placed wooden pallets to "support" the supersacks. The pallets were obviously broken because they were not set on a flat surface they were placed on top of another supersack!! The manager at Online Freight Services was very very rude he yelled at me saying that it was our drivers fault they did not want to unload him. He told us he couldnt even pay us $500 to bring it back to TX. Going back and forth with him, he agreed to pay us $3700.00 for the round trip and bring it back to TX. BECAUSE obviously if this receiver is extremely picky with their merchandise the warehouse at the pick up should not have double stacked the trailer and should have rejected my trailer since the beginning. The driver delivered on time and never paid us. We filed on their bond and they came back with a check for $846.00 for absolutely nothing because it doesnt even cover driver or diesel expenses. Now they were on board with paying us to bring it back to TX and they stated they were forced to sent a rate confirmation. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT PAY!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
