**AGENTS BEWARE - WASTE OF TIME** Would give no stars if I could, their recruiters spent years chasing me and telling me about their "awesome technology", "non-exclusive" agent opportunities, and economies of scale achieved as part of Echo. After several years of solicitation I finally expressed interest in their "online LTL platform", wasted hours running lanes, investigation their pricing tool and rescheduling a meeting with VP of Recruiting Nick Douchekow several times, only to be told they wanted all my business not the LTL.

Total misrepresentation of everything, which is just another way of saying they lied to me. My experience after 25 years in the logistics industry is that agency recruiters rank somewhere just below sleazy used car salespeople on an integrity scale.
