Medical department is very rude and clearly not interested in their jobs. The doctors are normally pretty nice, but the desk employees and the pharmacy staff are irritable and snippy.

Runs smoothly even with the complications of covid.

I feel like every time I call to make an appointment, the receptionist is so incredibly rude and acts so annoyed that I haven t been to my doctor in awhile. I recently called to make an appointment hoping they d ease my anxiety and be nicer, but the lady just was rude and didn t seem to caring. It s unfortunate as I ve gone through Oneida my whole life, but I am looking for a new provider. It takes a lot to call and schedule something for your physical and mental health. When my own tribe is making me feel anxious for reaching out for help, it saddens me. I really hope they can adjust the way they speak to some people. Kindness can really go a long way.

They told me I was just fine. The next business day I was in surgery. Recommended by an outside doctor who I went to see the same day for a second opinion. I knew I was not ok.

Optical is AMAZING! They always provide great customer service and do a fantastic job. Dental is horrible! Frequent mistakes. A few years ago they told me they "lost" my chart and then it was "found" inside of my sister's chart. They chipped my tooth during a cavity so I had to have a root canal. The medical center is average, no complaints.

I am so incredibly disappointed with the staff here. I called last week to make a dental appointment, took off of work, and drove here from Milwaukee only to find out that the appointment was made for the medical department and not dental, and the woman at the desk was incredibly rude and dismissive when I expressed my frustrations about driving 2 hours to this appointment and not being able to be seen due to mistakes on their end.
