Me and my fiance were totally lost as to how we would one day settle down together, especially as she was from a high risk country that made getting a visa very tough (we had two rejected prior to utilising the crew at Onederland).

I tried to apply for a tourist visa for my missus and it got denied when I tried to do it myself. I employed Onederland Consulting to take on my case and they helped me successfully get a tourist visa for my wife. The process isn't as simple as one would assume, Onederland helped me compile over 100 documents, they knew all of the information that we needed to present to immigration, things I would have got wrong had I tried to accomplish it on my own. Their level of customer service, expertise and professionalism was superior compared to other agents I spoke to and I will employ them again for my next visa application. My visa was rejected by the Australian Embassy twice, and later I decided to contact OneDerland consulting in Bali. Later one of the staff suggested to make an online appointment with Indah.

Back then, me and my fiancee were quiet hopeless and frustrated because my second visitor visa to Australia has been refused.
