Ina and her team have been extremely helpful every step of the way, all questions have been answered, all requests have been accommodated. As soon as we wrote an email Ina would get straight back to us with an answer. They also sorted out temporary exit visas so that we could go overseas during the application process, and this was done at no extra charge.
