My student visa situation was very urgent and I was frustated, until I got in contact with them on my student visa enquiries. They professionally responded and quickly offered for help. Later I got on the phone session with Ms Indah and she provided excellent guide and was being very helpful, she explained everything very thoroughly and made the situation less stressful for me. Then I was contacted by Ms Rizky to process my visa enquiries further, she guided me step by step through the long process very patiently until the situation s under control.
