Very nice the building has been remodeled, it has surgical suites. Easy and plenty of parking.

Billing coordinator they have is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I just want to say thank you to all the staff and doctors that I have taken care of me I have been there multiple times and they are a great bunch of people

Nurses and staff were friendly and made my my little girl comfortable.

Hands down the best experience ever! Never met a more cordial down-to-earth staff; these people love their jobs. I had 4 epidural injections over a course of 4 months and I was excited to go back and see everyone. It's that pleasant of an experience. It's a small place with expert care. Can't beat it!

I had steroid injections done today and I was so nervous! But I've got to say this has been one of the greatest experiences from a surgery facility I've ever had. Dr. Bhatt did my injections and he was so kind and let me know exactly what was going on and made very sure I was in no pain. The nurse and anesthesiologist were great also! I might be going back to have more injections and I know I will be cared for and looked after. Thank you Dr. Bhatt!

I'm working here on a temporary post and I've met so many of the one core employees and I've yet to meet anyone who was unkind. Everyone treats you like you're part of the family. Just an awesome atmosphere. Thank you guys for welcoming me so kindlyb

Lady's are awasome always make you feel welcome and very well taken care of

I was initially referred by my primary MD as they were in network. The desk staff were generally cordial however the wait times were usually protracted+ and the waiting rooms crowded. Later down the road, I found out my insurance was not covering the full cost of my treatment, and dealing with the business office was a nightmare. I was being pressed to pay amounts excessive to what I could afford in order to comply with policies. And when I had to miss a payment, and tried to get my appointment, I was FLAT-OUT DENIED due to this issue. I was understandably upset, vowing never to return there regardless. Apparently, there are other underlying problems as I later caught up with the rheumatologist-and his staff- working for another group...go figure, right? So now I am facing legal action from them that has been turned over to a collections agency with a VICIOUS reputation and a history of abusive and unethical practices. No, I cannot in good faith recommend this establishment.

I called the nurses station to express my concerns I had about some symptoms I was having after wrist surgery. She called Dr. Frazier and he thought he called her back but instead called me the patient...he was completely disrespectful, cursed at me/about me, disregarded any medical concerns I had based upon me having anxiety. Once I told him he was talking to me his patient and not the nurse he continued doing all these things.
