One World Hotel Kuala Lumpur Review

First time there on 15th September for an Event was impressed

Great hotel to stay. Well connected with MRT, also connected to one word mall. The mall has lot of food options in the basement. Breakfast is superb , rooms are spacious, very clean washrooms, staff are very helpful. Do your bookings in advance as the hotel is full most of the time.

Convenience hotel that next to MRT station and shopping mall

Reasonable rates and great rooms. Very modern and clean, with great breakfast spread. I had my wedding at this hotel and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic during the banquet so the chef is very good,and responded well to our comments during the food tasting. The bridal suite was absolutely gorgeous.

This hotel is impressive. Rooms are very comfortable and attached mall restaurants are top grade

Very good hotel conveniently located. Direct access to the big mall OneUtama as well as sky train going direct to Bukit Bintang in 20 min.

Great hotel. Great location. Staff good. Very helpful check-in (we got an upgrade), great link to shopping mall. Lounge live band were excellent and helped me spend more time there than planned.
Buffet breakfast was really good.

i had my surprise birthday dinner here with my loved one, one of the best place to spend time with your loved one and for buffet dinner as well.

Shopping complex layout planning is not customer friendly. Additional signages are worth investing to remind one who is unfamiliar on orientation relative to the first or "old" wing with the newer "new" wing. And remind oneself where one park is of utmost important to avoid being totally lost !

Too much luxury envoirment for people who can pay their rent for rooms. All of their services are really good. View from balconie is amazing.

Property company trying to be a hotelier. Questionable upkeeping and poor facilities. Tennis courts are in disgraceful conditions. A Shangri-la class you will never be.

You better don t park your car in green area if you re not driving hybrid car.

Very comfortable hotel.
There are outlets throughout the room, and you can use Japanese style power cables without adapters for Malaysia.
However, please note that the voltage is different from Japan!
The breakfast buffet is large in size and spacious.
Also, because there is a huge shopping mall next door, you can go without getting wet.

Parking is rather difficult. Signage is not clear especially for the exit

Mantul aka Mantap is true, breakfast variants are many.

I stayed 20 nights in OneWorld of KL. Unfortunately I had an accident and broke my leg, which happened during my last 2 days in KL. The hotel did not show any sympathy as normally a 5-star hotel shall act. I have to prolong the stay for 2 days, and the hotel kept de-activating the door cards on and on, despite millions of calls and talking to the counter directly not to de-activate.

When I checked in, the receptionist agreed to include the millage and write down the card number, but when I checked out, they said "No" for any millage. Acceptable!

And the hotel charges credit card without prior consent of a client.

Not sure about the rooms was here for a conference

Unfortunately we just pass it by when exploring the big mall next to it.

A real good place to stay and enjoy food and shopping

Location is excellent, joined to One Utama shopping mall. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Overall experience was good. But there are some disappointment.
1st, the air con was not working in our room but your technicians managed to repair it.
2nd, hairs was found in the toilet which means the room was not properly cleaned.
3nd, mini fridge is not working. We didn't realised it till we took our drinks out on the 2nd day.

Very generous room. Convinient location. Will come back again

Been going to one world hotel yearly for events, it's has great ballrooms, clean restrooms, ample of car park and good restaurant

Very high class hotel run by Bandar Utama. Rooms are nice. But don't know why they don't bundle free wifi, you have to add on to get it. Location is very convenient as it is connected to 1 Utama shopping and of course many offices. So good for guests who willing to pay and easy meet up for meeting. To save on your hotel parking when visiting, might be good to park in 1 Utama and walkover to the hotel. If staying then ask for free parking.

Good places for family gathering..foods, entertainments..etc

5 star property for business travelers. Little far from city downtown.

Arguably one of the best hotels for tourists who wanna stay away from the hustle of KL city. The hotel is connected to the mall and the MRT station. So its convenient and entertaining.

Very convenient location next to one utama and accessible to MRT
