One World Hotel Kuala Lumpur Review

Terrible chinese food and not up to standard service

I don't know the room interior was great looking, But the TV keyboard controller was useless not functioning. When we got here to check in, their hotel lifts were break down, so we had to wait for 2 hours to check in. I don't really mind, but it leaves a bad impression. By the way, their buffet is quite nice.

Had an annual dinner events here, the chinese food are decent but their service is just good.

Ballroom was amazingly pretty but a little bit tight on the arrangement of the dining table..difficult for staff to walk n distribute the dishes ..which almost spilled on me..few timess okk ..

Excellent and luxurious and connected to a large market

There is nothing wrong with the high accommodation charges. This kind of hotel can stay at RM200 units in KL city. There is no repeat.

Rooms are big and nice, parking is sufficient. Receptionist is friendly too. Morning breakfast was good, a lot of choice. The only complain i have is probably the free videos available at the TV, which there were only 4 videos

Good, clean and comfortable rooms. Ballroom is spacious and pretty. Food needs to be improved.. taste wise is so-so.

Good and clean place for business trip and leasure vacation. Next to OneUtama which allow you to get your foos easily.

Attend a seminar at the ballroom, the aircond is cold, you might need a jacket. The food provided is good, much better than the other hotels.

Public transport. Take the bus at the bus stop opposite of Kelana Jaya LRT. Future there will be a MRT station nearby. Can reach by anoter bus 780(U88), stop near 1Utama and walk over. The bus 780 from Pasar Seni, quite frequent, but it takes a long time on the route. Suggest to take the bus opposite of Kelana Jaya LRT should be easier.

Nice hotel well located with direct access to the mall and 5 minutes to the train. It has a nice restaurant with plenty of different food types, a gym area with many equipment and a pool...

The place is great, definitely a five star hotel to me but their staff is unfriendly and some were straight up rude. Guess thats the perk of working in a high class hotel.

Food in restoran is so good, and the room is very beautiful..

One world has definitely lost its touch. After they moved from the 19th floor to the 1st floor everything has gone down hill. The reception staff have definitely lost all sense of customer service. You have to drag your luggage through a door that weighs a ton. The snacks & tea corner is horrible, and the free fruit basket is now an apple and some cookies. Breakfast was even worse. For an exclusive club you do not expect chicken nuggets on the buffet. Pricing seems to go up and service seems to go down. Definitely not staying here anymore. So sad, hotels don't seem to know where to save cost. Always saving cost in the wrong place.

It's selling point it's its proximity to the largest shopping complex in Malaysia and second largest on SEA.

It's a nice business hotel but the price point is above average. Good for foreign tourist. Not so much for local.

Been here twice. Always a long Q for breakfast and I dont understand why. Covid? Social distancing?
Nah...my 1st time was before covid19 issues. Long Q like today as well.

The staff is nice and welcoming. The hotel is directly connected to the mall too so you can go pretty much anytime. If you decide to watch a late show at the movies you don't have to worry about getting back to your hotel too because the door is open until late. The hotel is also connected to the newly built MRT station, about 5 minutes walk, which can take you to other parts of the city. The hotel is super convenient! The buffet breakfast is also really good. You can opt to have the buffet dinner (for a price) too but the selection is very nice as well.

Their services always the best, their buffet spread are fantastic, their location is easy to reached by MRT& next to one of the biggest mall ONE UTAMA..the best!

Our Junior Suite room is very well appointed and comfortable. The Chinese restaurant serves great dishes and are reasonably priced.

Great place to stay. Located right next to a mall, plenty of public transport available nearby, fantastic rooms. Awesome views, love the cafe and restaurants. If its affordable definitely plan a stay here because its very much worth it.
