The team from the One&Only Cape Town has absolutely dazzled us with amazing service. The resort is spectacular and the island suites really makes you forget that you're in Cape Town. We'll continue to celebrate special occasions as often as we can at this magical destination.

The stuff is amazing i should know am one of them great food in different outlets like Reubens with the African cuisine and Nobu with its Japanese cuisine infused with south American taste not forgetting the lounge bar Vista the atmosphere in that place the decor aint no better way to spend your afternoon with a variety of teas to select from and for your cocktails we have a great mixologist on site

Finesse, coupled with luxury, discerning Capetonians have grown accustomed to. Welcome internationals.

Loved it. Just not so sure about the SPA Rules. Otherwise great service, staff and rooms.

We enjoyed a private dining experience in the wine loft at the One&Only Cape Town and it was absolutely incredible. Aubrey made sure our evening ran smoothly and was brilliant. Veruschka ensured we had absolutely everything we could ever have wished for and communicated with me regularly up to the event. We would highly recommend the One&Only Cape Town to everyone!

The choice was mind blowing and everything I tried was delicious sorry I couldn't eat more. Service was great attentive but not a nuisance. My only criticism is the decor which to me looked dated

Joined the hotel for a celebratory afternoon tea. The views from the main bar cannot be beat, it is one of the best hotel bars I have ever been in. The service was wonderful, our server was kind and attentive and made sure to make note of our honeymoon celebrations. The afternoon tea was wonderful, the tower of savoury sandwiches and quiches was amazing and the never ending beautiful assortment of sweet treats was the perfect way to end this lovely afternoon. I highly recommend afternoon tea at the One & Only as a special treat.

I haven't stayed here. BUT I have eaten here on a few occasions. The staff are unbelievably helpful and the food is good. Not stupendous, but good. The ambiance is typically hushed upmarket hotel, without being in any way connected to present day Cape Town. Nice enough but not wonderful.

The Location and the service are the highlights of the hotel, very friendly staff members, nice view from the room at Table mountain.

Amazing view! High tea was good. Drinks are a bit pricey as expected but service is good. All the staff members are helpful. Facility is very clean and relaxed environment. Right at the waterfront and hop on hop as well

One of the best hotels I've ever been to by far. Great view for my room, excellent food from Reuben's and a great spa. I've been there twice already and if the budget can afford it I would like to do this on a regular bases. Thanks Kelly

Wow, really amazing staff. We had my daughters 21st there andcwe chose to do the high tea. It was abd amazing experience. the display of cakes anddainty treats was beautiful. the staf was always around and very helpful. really impressed.

Just what you'd expect from one of the best hotels in cape Town. The bar has amazing coctails and the breakfast is amazing. I can recommend it all round, but don't expect anything to be cheap. About twice the price of anywhere else.

Basically top class. Had a lovely dinner at Ruben's. Filling, delicious, and affordable. That's rare for such high class dining.

It may be the most luxurious hotel in Cape Town .. It may also be the most expensive hotel they have .. But for the honesty we spent a good time when we wanted to escape the thunderstorms .. It also has a waterway as well as the famous restaurant nobu.

awful hotel, seriously don't book here, plenty of other great Cape Town hotels. Made a reservation in February and because I have pre condition with Covid I postponed the trip and they still charged for the full stay. A real lack of customer support, don't risk your safety or health by booking this hotel.

Haven't stayed over but attended really great rum tasting event at the Vista bar.
Really great open space with seating overlooking the Waterfront canals with some views of the mountain. Service topnotch, great bar and service. Great bar snack items too.
Nobu and Reubens on opposite sides and will go try those restaurants shortly. Really beautiful entrance and some great lounge piano to while away the time.

Nobu is a fine dining restaurant, I fell in love with the sesame twirl of the malva pudding. I love the service and attention that we received. The food portions are small but delicious. A must try.

7 stars if I could rate it its just absolutely beautiful
