The accommodation is quiet and not far from the beach reception and the hotel workers are top in the deal.

Went to the poker night and it was great... Had fun there... Good and friendly players as well

Staff are courteous. Cellphone signal sucks. Wifi is like gold there, so expensive. Beds are nice and the pillows. Aircon not working properly and electricity is on and off frequently you won't get enough cellphone charge, bring a power bank with you.

The buffet is so great. Definitely the best buffet in town. There are lots of food you can enjoy from main course to dessert plus unli beverages including wine. For just 800 pesos its all worth it. Paragasy Garden Resort was a little bit far away from Dimo, but it felt like it was in a resort in Bali because it had lots of trees and grasses. During the trip, it was under construction near the fountain restaurant and swimming pool, It was very difficult to use the hostel because of the blackout from the evening until the evening.It was uncomfortable because there were a lot of Chinese guests and the voices were large.They stayed in the first floor of the hotel and the window was made of clear glass so that the curtain could not walk freely. I would not choose this hotel for my next trip to Boracay.

Rude front desk people, thin wall, late informs of water and electricity problems and intentional slow process of receiving phone calls from my travel agency.
It was total chaos after the typhoon not like other hotels in the same area.

Security didn't let me go to my room because according to them they don't like European guests I had to call the reception every time. They don't stop Korean or Chinese guests only Caucasians. It's a kind of racism what is not acceptable. The worst hotel I have ever seen. Not recommended at all!

Food was okay. F&B manager was disrespectful in that I was made to wait for a long time just because the F&B has an issue with my company. You see, I needed his help with something.

Offers an all-you-can-eat buffet between 3am and 5am in the afternoon.

Few choices in the dishes offered, but tasty dishes.

Very nice place with friendly and accomodating staff, but would have preferred that the smoking area is not at the entrance of the hotel

The hotel is huge, it has a lot of different buildings, several reception desks and a number of restaurants.
The gardens are beautiful with a lot of flowers, palm trees and other plants. It has a quite nice pool area, although the water is quite cold. The rooms feels a bit aged. I imagine it can vary a lot between the different buildings, but ours was supposed to be premier but absolutely didn't feel so. The food is ok, but not much more.
The big problem with this hotel is however the guests. At our visit it consisted of close to 100% tourists from China.

Buffet is good, but they charge too much for kids. To think that should five-year old child should pay over 400p for a buffet is ridiculous!

This hotel is amazing! The view is fantastic! The taste of the food is superb great. Their rooms are very clean and the room boy clean it everyday as well as the beddings and towels they change it daily. Their service is very good and I highly recommend this resort. They assist us very good from Caticlan down to the Boracay island with a welcome drinks that tastes superb good. The driver of the van is so friendly. Love to back this resort the soonest.

Nice place to stay and close to the beach. I couldn't enjoy the free breakfast due to the hoards of people crowding the buffet. I went elsewhere for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hotel is worth the experience but a bit far from the beach

The good thing about the hotel are the rooms. Our deluxe room was spacious and properly maintained. The beach is also accessible and I liked how they have a band scheduled at their restaurant sometimes.

The bad thing about the hotel is their service. Yes, they greet the guests but there were instances where they did bad. They failed to deliver the water we requested for 2 times, they got us late for our convention because they took too long to prepare the sandwich we followed up for more than 5 times (it took them more than 40 mins)

At the second day of the convention, their AC started to lose it's cooling effect, leaving us hot and uncomfortable.

5 times, i had told that i cant use warm water in the room. they sent five times maintain guy..but just re setting the boiler not fix the fuse box. when complaining in the robby, they told me it's normal that you only can use warm water 15mins. but i cannot even use a minute. for 3days i had been angry.

Great location and pool for value.
The staff are friendly and tidy compared to the year-old.

Stay away from the buffet, rotten crabs, old fish, over cooked food, artificial flavoured juice , got us very sick, not even worth a dime

A very good hotel with a room size of about 30 square meters. in the room
7 facilities are a little older, but it seems to have been expanded and rebuilt.
The people at the hotel are very friendly and very good experience.

Hotel is not honest, I cilck in the south wing, only the Superior room but hotel tell me is Deluxe room!

Modern facility within walking distance of sops & markets. Very close to night clubs and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the vacation "new-Boracay" staying in Paradise Garden Resort (Station 3).

Reception Ms Lea, attended us and with her customer-service attitude our stay was memorable.

HK staff in Southwing has been very courteous and smiling.

As a hotelier, this place is ONE OF THE BEST that makes Bora-anew.

It used to be one of the best resorts in Boracay.
It is the only resort with two entrances, Main Road and Beach Road.
So it is the resort with the highest potential for future development.
Since it is a resort with a history and a story, the pride of the staff there

One regret is that the depth of the main pool is dangerously deep.
I think I'm insensitive to it.
Six months ago, Life Guard, who was protecting the swimming pool, lost a guest and was in danger.
Rather than helping, I witnessed them watching.
She was a Chinese woman, but fortunately, a Chinese man who was traveling with her jumped into the pool.

This hotel is big and generally beautiful viewing from the outside. The breakfast kitchen is good. There is a road leads directly to the beach. However, the interior furnitures and facilities are somewhat old. Besides, the management is a mess during peak seasons. We waited almost two hours for a room, which we booked two weeks ago. And even if we requested a room with an extra bed, the staff failed to understand our need at first. We have to explain to them again and again.

I did not check in with this hotel,but I celebrated my Birthday here and so far I was happy with the buffet dinner because food was delicious especially the lechon, at 800 you get unlimited food and unlimited bottled water,soft drinks, juice, beer and wine,other hotels in the island offers buffet dinner for 799 but no drinks and no lechon.

Located in Boracay, great accommodation, nice compound landscape very close to Boracay beach, got their own buffet restaurant, walking distance to to the popular D*Mall, varieties of restaurants & nice souvenirs of Boracay from keychains, shirts and hundreds to mentions

The rooms are very bad and the groups of Chinese and Koreans are disgusting

Bad experience just now on their Halloween special as it seemed like the waiters are in a fiasco as no one is attending to their guests. We were just gonna get our bill and leave but no one was attending to us. It took a long 10 minutes before someone came to us. Another 10 long minutes before someone came to us only to tell us if the bill was already given. We told them that we need to leave already as we have two kids with us. When the waiter came, she seemed to be at a lost of what we were supposed to pay. She gave me an amount with no breakdown. We had to tell her to give us the breakdown. She left again and after 5 minutes, she came back with a higher amount. Again no price breakdown. Just the items we bought. Now, i feel like we paid them more than what we were supposed to pay them. Will never book again nor avail of their services. Very unhappy customer here and don't get me started with their cold breakfast, malfuntioning heaters and noisy ambiance. Better to spend your hard earned money somewhere.

I stayed for 3 days and i was asking for a late check out even just for an hour they wont allow! Not a costumer friendly!

A 2 star hotel that tries to be a 4 star hotel. Was here for the reopening of Boracay and the hotel is not ready to open at all. Front gate was under renovation. Had to wait 30mins to check in even though had 2 other staff that were not checking in anybody. Breakfast food was atrocious. Bathtub water took too an hr to fill up. Only good thing was the room service and cleaning staff everyday.

A friendly staff and good accomodation... the resort is really nice and a cozy place.

Pathetic Buffet .. Cold Food. They already know that you wont like the Buffet so they ask you to pre-pay first. They will take your credit card and charge you. You will be left with cold food and a terrible experience. Some items in the buffets are not included in buffet charge and you have to pay extra. Feel bad experience.

lush greens, nice staff, private ambience, clean facilities, worth my bucks

A lot of hard working people make this place an ideal convention center, the Management and staff of this resort deliver. The facilities weren't all new but the service and professionalism of the staff made the difference. We held our exhibition here and the local turn-out was great. Very convenient access for target guests and the facilities were simple but effective. The rates were competitive as well.

The resort has first class accommodation and good food. It has a swimming pool, several restaurants and a spa where you can have a massage. The staff can even arrange for island hopping trips or other fun activities in and around the island.

It's a four-star hotel, so it's nice for the price.

I visited the tree and the plaza after making breakfast, not Suk or Park.
Even if you show the voucher, no one knows, and in the end, they go back and forth several times in the restaurant, lobby, restaurant, and lobby, and each other ping-pong.

Location is good , but really bad bed mattresses , very uncomfortable .
