This company provides digital signage feed to our business. It is often laggy and in need of improvement. While they do always answer their phone their customer service is rather poor with brief one word answers, lack of compassion, and no drive to keep our business. I don't feel that I "the customer" should have to motivate a company that i'm paying to take care of us. The lack of enthusiasm from Venue Vision puts me in doubt of this company.

About 6 month ago I added mobile cashier. Wow! This was an instant hit with the customers and staff.
The demo, setup, staff training all went smoothly. The best part is I don t have to do anything. The system basically runs it s self.
