Bad experience just now on their Halloween special as it seemed like the waiters are in a fiasco as no one is attending to their guests. We were just gonna get our bill and leave but no one was attending to us. It took a long 10 minutes before someone came to us. Another 10 long minutes before someone came to us only to tell us if the bill was already given. We told them that we need to leave already as we have two kids with us. When the waiter came, she seemed to be at a lost of what we were supposed to pay. She gave me an amount with no breakdown. We had to tell her to give us the breakdown. She left again and after 5 minutes, she came back with a higher amount. Again no price breakdown. Just the items we bought. Now, i feel like we paid them more than what we were supposed to pay them. Will never book again nor avail of their services. Very unhappy customer here and don't get me started with their cold breakfast, malfuntioning heaters and noisy ambiance. Better to spend your hard earned money somewhere.
