So caution is needed as not a very good area of security. I think that it is good to think in a business hotel grade.

Ideal hotel if you are visiting World Trade Center for exhibitions
It's really nice and clean and the staff are polite and accommodating. Just be careful if you leave food inside your room. We left a loaf of bread (unopened) and found it chewed open. Looked right it was or were rats because we saw droppings on the seat.
We stayed here on a Friday so we were fortunate enough to try their buffet @Kaishu restuarant, East meets West. The food are very good, fresh and just very delicious. The servers were polite and addressed our concerns quickly despite the numerous guests that day. On our second day though, there were no buffet options so we tried Cafe Le Amoretto. Their breakfast buffet was awesome but for dinner, the options are a little bit limited. The bulalo was not that tasty and the food were served already a bit cold. We also had a hard time getting the attention of the servers at the time, even for billing out. We almost fell asleep as we waited close to 20 mins just to get our bill. No one else was in the restaurant aside from us so we were puzzled with the sluggishness of the service.
All in all, the stay was great. Clean and comfy. But for longer stays, like more than 3 days, you better checkout other dining options nearby to satisfy your pallette.
I am nervous because I have a small amount of food and a sauna wear.
I'm thankful to the
Staff and wonderful welcome, foods are delicious ,friends relatives let's go to networld hotel nice safety and clean.
k The massage called Zipangu attached here has good arms. I also do it late at night. It was like mixing Japanese massage and Thai style. There seems to be no particular danger.
I took a deluxe room. Room was ok, clean. Paid P3700 for it. Although I was on the 9th floor, the traffic noise from Roxas Blvd was really loud. My biggest complain is, this hotel does not have Wi-Fi...!
We always use on business trip, but convenience and service are good.
4 stars for cleanliness
5 stars for staff efficiency, courteousness, eagerness to serve
3 breakfast buffet/ more food options please!
Room catches all noise from inside and outside of the hotel. Did not sleep well because of that. Better get a room on the top floors maybe..
The room is nice and clean. Excessive spa scent, nkakarelax. Their breakfast was delicious too.
Ne
Massage service Swedish shiatsu combination massage from head to toes hard massage service
Our room was so hot. AC was not working well even if we put it to very low. Does not have that much variety of food options in the breakfast buffet. But their massage services are superb
Sauna I always want to go to. The amount is cheaper. Service Good.
Offers a very good quality customer service worth all of your spendings massage isthe best and the sauna, jacuzzi and all was amazing as always
Anyway, I can relax because it is beautiful and has no time limit.
It is truly a Japanese public bath.
If it is forced, I will wait for about an hour after ordering food etc.? The rest is perfect!
Very nice Hotel to stay in. Near to Mall of Asia, Very friendly, welcoming and helpful Staff. The most important thing is.... Very near to the airport. Love it.
Great shout out to the housekeepers for cleaning my room everyday. Great service amd great stay but don't expect the breakie to be good.
Affordable, nice room, good staff and crew,
Organized.
After wet floor and massage i m enjoying my green manggo shake. Its really nice if you want to relaxed i definitely recommend this place its a really good experience. Confort your self.
Affordable Hotel near the Manila Bay, close to the Mall of Asia
They had a technical gliche when we arrived and they were not able to get a hold of our booking which I made through traveloka app. The F.O. manager was very apologetic and gave us refreshments while waiting. They said their fully book for the day but manage to givr us a room. We had dinner at their Jaapanese restaurant Kaizhu and it was delicious except for the plum wine they serve with the valentines set meal. The room was clean but smells old thats why I only gave it a 4
The price is ok for the room and its amenities. Though a little old building but the best thing is the bigger bathtub than the regular.
So far so good. Good aircondition, nice room, friendly staff and good food. Sorry I dont enter to any casino..
A decent hotel. But in need of some renovation/upgrading. The material on the sofa were worn out with age. The staff were friendly and helpful. Limited variety of food served at breakfast but its ok.
Good free shuttle service here
If you arrive at the airport at the time specified by the hotel, you will not have to take a Filipino taxi with a high rate of rip-off.
There is also a designated time for returning, but it will be sent to the airport (all terminals).
Even if you leave the designated time, if you contact in advance you will come to the airport (in this case it costs 500 pesos)
Breakfast is also mainly Japanese food, easy for Japanese people to eat
Good location and near the airport. A japanese owned hotel with a very good and relaxing Spa.
Everything is great. The ambience features a vintage american hotel type. Very homely and comforting. The comfort rooms are 5 star, room service is great, definitely going back here on my next stay. The only thing I'll recommend is additional security on the lobby.
What I liked most is the very friendly staff and guards. I also like that there's parking space. I got a room here because it's walking distance to World Trade Center, where we have our conference.
The room is okay, clean, spacious and all basic stuff is provided.
Good value for money.
Near from the airport
There is a sauna
Perfect place to stay in Manila esp stress free to use their sauna bath
Japanese-owned hotel. Some staff members can speak Japanese, and the Japanese Concierge also teaches in the lobby. As it is in Pasay City, it is a little away from the center of Manila, but there is no problem in particular because it was used for transit. Seven Eleven is about 150 meters away, and the Mall of Asia is a 5-10 minute taxi ride away. It feels a little old, but there is a taste like a traditional hotel.
Take a hot bath. Sauna too
It's hot and great.
It is cramped and unfriendly ... The system and atmosphere are rather Japanese, so I personally shine.
The hotel is old,but the people are very friendly. Excellent customer service. They also need to have a pool and renovate the rooms then i would give a 5.
A contemporary budget hotel in Roxas Boulevard. Good and convenient rooms.

I do not know the goodness.
Is it somewhat close to the airport?
Although he is waiting for a taxi ahead, the boy is arrogant for other Korean customers.
It's old, it doesn't balance well with price, it's price 3 stars 2 stars, there's no repeat.
One of the authentic Japanese spa in Manila. Always clean, well maintained pool, steam and sauna rooms, linens are always fresh and smelling good.
A 20 years old Japanese spa located in Pasay. Amenities are clean, staffs courteous and food is fine.
Best massage in Metro Manila. The baths are super clean. Japanese top management. Authentic Japanese style.
Very old. Very smokey. Not well ventilated. Low ceilings. Uncomfortably hard and bumpy bed. No closet space. Slow elevators.
Japanese is partially understood. Japanese business hotel
Today is the birthday of my mother Ausberta Jose. Every one can attend. Just inquire to Mr. Ricardo De Guzman, And a bottle of Brandy for me. And you are good to go inside. Thanks for the compliments..
Despite the long wait before i was given my keycard, I got an upgrade. Massage was expensive but one can just relax at the sauna.
I can not grasp the whole thing because it is the beginning road
I have no experience in other parts of Manila
I do not appreciate the old-fashioned point at night.
