Prime location. Rooms were well appointed but at times dated. The service was impeccable and the staff were always friendly. I highly recommend if you are staying in Toronto, it is very central and close to the subway (public transit).

The hotel lobby staff were very friendly and efficient, especially the two young men working the valet, who went above and beyond to be helpful! There were some cleaning staff who would not stop loudly laughing and talking in the hallway while they were cleaning rooms, I found this to be obnoxious. Toronto has travellers from every corner of the world and some people may be trying to sleep in the afternoon.

I had a historic studio suite. The room itself was acceptable with a very nice bed and large TV, but there's definitely room for improvement. I was dissappointed there was no bath tub, the shower stall was looking past its prime and the shower head was annoying to try and adjust. The towels were scratchy which is inexcusable for a four star hotel. I know the layout of the building isn't something that can be changed, but there was absolutely zero natural light in the room, the window looked on to a wall. Kind of depressing.

The hotel restaurant was decent, and had a good selection of food and cocktails. Our waiter who served us on Wednesday night around 10 pm was wonderful, super friendly and helpful - he really made our evening! The room service charges in this hotel are ridiculous, so we didn't use that service.

The location really sells this place. You're within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, Eaton Centre, the financial district, transit stops...the list goes on.

Overall, a good hotel with room for improvement.

Great location in a neat room, great for business trips. Even though the price seems to be expensive, I supervise it because everyone around me is similar.
Bed linen is perfect for sleeping. The mattress and pillow that pulls you to the bed so you want to keep sleeping relieves fatigue

The staff are very friendly and they also gave me a free upgrade which was nice. They also let me check in a little earlier. The location is very nice. The only problem was the heating wasn't strong enough and it got quite cold through the night. The Wifi was also very shoddy. I called support but it seems like I would have to keep resetting the little modem to make it work. I just gave up on it and used data.

I went to Toronto on business and stayed at One King West for the first time. On arrival the front desk staff were attentive and extremely friendly. From check-in to room service, to check-out , they ensured my stay was nothing short of exemplary. My room was impeccable upon arrival and was cleaned to the same standards daily. The fitness facility has amazing views and is fully equipped with everything you could need, and more! I can't wait to go back!

Hotel is in the heart of The financial district in downtown Toronto. Great service, continental buffet (not free), and has access directly to underground tunnel and public transportation. Rooms are very nice and have a homely feel to it. Highly recommended.

Beautiful downtown hotel with a view (from the tower rooms) - great location but tricky to access due to downtown road and turning limitations. Service was great and staff were friendly. Elevators can get a bit backed up but they move quickly once you get on.

We attended an event on Saturday evening and let me say this hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels in downtown Toronto. The decorations and the lighting make it a very romantic place.

I live in the residential suites here, very multicultural and professional. Absolutely zero racism, connected to Toronto PATH. King Station subway is accessible without going outside. The PATH is secure in all ways with guards, cameras and climate control.

My hubby and I were looking to getaway for the night and this hotel was recommended to us. I am so glad they did because our stay here was great. Beautiful, quaint rooms with a hot plate, dishes, cooking ware as well as cooking utensils. There was a small dishwasher in there as well. The location is great in downtown Toronto. A lot of things are within walking distance especially restaurants but you have the option of an uber within seconds. The front desk had exceptional customer service as well. Highly recommend! We will be returning to stay here for sure.

Beautiful building, with beautiful rooms, super friendly and welcoming staff. Great for a staycation. The bar in the main lobby offers great cocktails however the day bartenders are frequently unfriendly. Cool heritage building, with a neat vault in the lower level.

Bed was super comfy and the pillows were amazing. The shower head was old but the shower was still a pretty good experience. Bathroom otherwise was a bit tight but manageable. My room overlooked an interior courtyard that was really only ever lit as brightly as evening so it was hard to wake up witout the sun. Breakfast was a buffet and was worth the price but I don't think it was anything special. Self parking was in another building a block away but the hotel was super conveniently accessible via Toronto's PATH thing.

Overall I would totally stay here again if I was in Toronto.

Very busy at the restaurant and bar. Rooms were decent. Washroom sink was oddly oriented where the faucet is barely over the sink. It was difficult washing my hands, spilling water all over the counter

Stayed here for the weekend with my partner and it was a great experience. Great location, and close to everything we had planned out our weekend for. I expected a more welcoming faces and customer service at the check-in desk and on the phone, however the room sizes, amenities, balcony, and overall feel was great. Would come back.

Unfortunately, the first attempt to get a very dark room. After complaint, got a room with daylight.
Velet Parking wanted to park another 10 dollars for extra parking.
But what was charged at $ 48 for less than a day.
Also complained. Employee was not very friendly ..
But centrally located.

Amazing hotel! Very accommodating staff, friendly service desk, and amazing accommodations. The rooms are clean and modern with a kitchenette, king bed, TV, bathroom, and huge windows. I've stayed here twice now, and both times it was an amazing experience, and less money than most Marriott's I've been to. If I can get a room, this is absolutely my favorite place to stay when visiting Toronto.

The location is convenient for commuters, as it's walking distance from Union Station. The lobby is on the small side, it's cozy, but given there's an event there, it gets cramped fast. The bathroom in the lobby is equally small, so it's hard to use when there's an ongoing event. The business ballroom is decently sized but gets filled up easily (there's a pattern here). The place itself is decent enough, just make sure you plan around the capacity of the venue

Beautiful rooms. Horrible staff.
Tried to wish my little sister happy birthday and surprise her in her room. We were told to leave without inspection. We weren t loud, no one was drunk etc.

Garbage for what you pay for.

I was there for a youth business conference called Jr Economics canada and we were in the hotel, all the students were treated well and were given importance like any other guest at the hotel.
