It has been a while since I used this company and I meant to write a review sooner. The person I got stuck with did not try to find any houses for me. I had to do all the work. All she did was open the houses for me to see them. She could not even create a search on their database for me. I gave her all the info but she insisted I had to go all the way to her office and sit there while she clicked the boxes on what I wanted. Seriously? And she NEVER answered the phone. She always screened her calls. She barely answered her e-mails. I was on a tight schedule and I needed someone more able to do their job. I have never had such a lazy realtor in my life. I will never use this company again.

After looking through rental options in Greenville and surrounding areas, the prices simply don't justify the added cost and inability to build wealth. My fiance' and I worked with Amber Robinson to find our home and our experience with her was fantastic. This is now my 3rd home purchase and this gives you an idea quickly of what you want and don't want from a realtor (especially in such a competitive market). Amber was responsive, asked questions to understand our likes and dislikes, suggested homes matching our criteria, and always moved at an appropriate pace. Amber set aggressive time frames when it was needed to ensure our offers would be seen, and set viewings and showings same day when new properties that would go fast came onto the market. I can't recommend her as a seller's agent enough as she was honest, realistic, and always well informed!

I first learned about Expert Real Estate Team through a basic property search online because of listings held by LeAnne Carswell. My husband and I were seeking a very specific type of property (acreage with existing structures and within a fairly strict search radius). After making an account and saving some searches that were listed under by Expert Real Estate Team one of their realtors, Mandy Justice, reached out to me to learn more about what we were looking for, our time frame, etc. At that point (summer 2018) we were not yet ready to make a purchase but were in full-fledged research mode seeking "the one." Mandy spent about half an hour on the phone with me discussing our goals, needs, budget, where we would compromise (if applicable), what we intended to use the property for, etc. She was thorough, patient, and very easy to talk to - and we didn't even have a realtor agreement with her yet! She added us to her email list and kept us informed as relevant properties became available. She was always accessible for questions, thoughts, etc. and did not rush or pester us with unnecessary communication - she knew we would let her know when we were ready. Her commitment to staying in touch was rewarded in early 2019 when our dream property showed up and we made plans to view. We looked at two places with her on the same day (similar area of the county) and made an offer shortly after. She offered superb recommendations for related professionals (mortgage company, surveyor, inspectors) and each of those individuals was a joy to work with making the overall process smooth and as stress-free as possible (yes, even buying a home can be relaxed when you have the right team in place!). Her guidance, prompt service, and ability to connect us with the necessary personnel to complete our 30-day closing was invaluable. This is not a statement to be taken lightly. I could tell you about her availability, which was full and complete even on weekends. I could also tell you about her responsiveness, which was usually instant. I could mention that she knew exactly what we wanted within 5 minutes of meeting us. I could give you examples of her knowledge of the area and how she personally introduced us to our new neighbors. I could also go on at length about her resourcefulness with getting the repairs and changes made, or her negotiating prowess, or friendliness.
