Favourite hotel I've stayed at downtown Toronto. Will go back again!

Stayed here with my family (4 in total) to go to a concert at the ACC. Very nice, clean room and easy walking distance from Union Station as well as to Air Canada Centre. We didn't opt for the crazy expensive breakfast, just the room.

My Husband & I, booked One King West Hotel on our Anniversary earlier this year, June 2018. Hotel is beautiful, modern and location is great. Breakfast was delicious & the we found the staff to be very friendly. The Hotel Manager went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in the downtown Toronto area.
Definitely will be returning in the near future.

Good location, rates good but parking a bit hard to find.

OKW is always a good choice. Their staff is fantastic. Their text concierge system is amazingly convenient. Great location and wonderful amenities.

The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, the suites are clean and comfortable!

Went to the hotel for a professional event. Venue was great. I especially liked the vault that is ok Oates innthe basement of the hotel. Not sure if this used to be a bank but it had what appears to be an old vault. Very interesting venue for appys and drinks.

The vault and history of the place is well documented

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The bar was a bit more expensive than I feel it should've been, but it was still nice. Parking near the hotel is impossible, so plan on using valet services.

One king west hotel located one king street west right in the middle downtown. Walking distance to air Canada centre, restaurant and other entertainment. Close to the king subway station easy access to transit. The room good and the service excellent

Room was very nice however there was no parking on the premises for my two night stay and the desk associate didn't much care. Very disappointing.

Super comfy and nice. Customer care is top notch(had a problem with heating and 10 min after the problem was noted to reception there was a guy fixing it). Everything is squeaky clean. Location is as central as it gets....subway is 15m from the hotel door. Streetcar stops 5m from the door. CN tower is 10min walming distance. As is St.Lawrence market and Union station.
Cool cafe at the lobby. I could go on and on but theres not enough good words to say. The Vault is cool too.

Security is pretty anal about letting people thru the automatic sliding doors into the elevator area. This is a problem especially when you book a hotel room for an event in the city.

Great convenient location. We preferred the tower rooms rather than the historic rooms. Some views excellent. Kitchenette was handy and they did offer cribs.

Love the lobby bar. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are comfortable.

Was okay but couldn't see where the famous elevator leads to.it that was disappointing.

I am so thrilled to be staying at 1 King West again, especially given the superb attention they have given me! While I loved my original suite, there was no view, so I asked for another. This hotel is at 90% capacity....still, they send a wonderful young man up, Franz Natividad (I had to get his name because I was so impressed!), and he showed me two other suites. They upgraded me no charge!! I am in heaven! Thank you 1 King West! I am very impressed!!

They host, job fairs, with no fcility to park for the job aspirants, who are already desperate

The room was nice, but the furniture was new-ish. You could tell that there was a little wear and tear on the furniture. The room was clean except for the tub, which had a few stains.

Was visiting a friend staying at the hotel. The room was nice and there was no interaction with staff during my visit. The room was a bit difficult to find due to the maze of hallways.

Fantastic location in the heart of downtown. The rooms are nice and stocked with quality supplies. Good selection of cable channels too, and staff is nice and helpful. Best thing was that the rooms are incredibly quiet with no sounds from surrounding rooms.

I did feel the housekeeping was was just a tad below par, and also wifi was out most evening one of the nights I stayed there. However would stay again for sure, these were minor inconveniences. Also, please get better towels!

Paper thin walls. One view was promised, then they couldn't deliver.

TV was kind of unfortunate as it didn't it didn't come with the Chromecast feature, despite being a smart TV. (But these are first world issues)

Otherwise, friendly staff and clean room, as well as prompt service.

I visited the hotel after 4 years. It seems to have been renovated. Rooms look very modern. Staff was as friendly as ever. I would go back as a overnight guest.

It's super centrally located, staff is very pleasant always, and whether day or night the atmosphere is great also.

The view from the 37th floor room no 3704 is very good

Nothing but an amazing experience! From booking, check in, valet parking all so easy. The room was the cleanest I have ever seen, the sheets were so clean, the washroom shower curtain smelled like nice clean bleach. The room was so clean you could walk bare foot no problem. I would reccomend this.hotel to anyone and come back again for another stay,!

In a great location, I just find it too expensive for what you get. But still very nice hotel!

Great location and reasonably priced for a hotel that caters to a higher clients. Didn't have underground parking so had to find it ourselves.

Great hotel, well placed. Luxurious and well appointed. They have a gym and a pool. The pool was closed when we visited. The bar and lounge downstairs are great. We loved the food. The price is also very reasonable.

The staff here are pleasant and absolutely friendly. We ended up extending our stay here because we did not want to leave !

Great food, drinks and service provided for our event

Great place to stay in central downtown Toronto! Room was well appointed and spacious with great views, even from the 15th floor. Nice coffee service, great working desk and comfortable bed. We had a slight issue with the bathtub but the night manager Aby did an excellent job resolving the issue. I will stay here again.

A historic hotel located in the city center, at the intersection of Yang Street and King Street, and close to the lake, a 5-minute walk away, the hotel is distinguished and luxurious, and the staff is at the top of its magnificence.
Services are available. There is also a business center, where there are two computers, one desktop and a printer. There is also a historical treasury for a historic old bank in Toronto that is worth a visit.

Room had all the amenities you could imagine. The kitchen was very handy. Staff was quick and efficient.

Came from out of town to meet up with friends, booked a very large place with 6 rooms. At 8pm they wouldn't allow any of our friends up to the place. 2100 square foot place and we couldn't have more than 8 people. Because of this we had a difficult time meeting up with our friends. Definitely not worth the money.

Stayed the night in a grand deluxe suite, great views and amenities. Conveniently located downtown, valet parking. Built in a historic bank, vault and chairman office are incredible to see.

Great hotel but was little confusing to find the different conference rooms

Great location downtown with quick access to the street cars or subway line. Looking forward to my next stay at One King West.

Very nice, stayed in the new section. Beautiful view of the city, just a short walk to Scotia bank arena, formally Air Canada Centre. Employees were amazing. Anyone who has been to Toronto knows the parking is a nightmare, they helped navigate us to respectable parking.

The location was a good area right side subway station and walking distance to Eaton center. Room was decent.

Stayed in a room with a city view but also partial view of the Harbour. It was beautiful! Honestly I really like being able to see the city, it really showcases the vibrance of Vancouver. I love this hotel, very considerate staff, clean rooms, and great food.

Was at the hotel for two weddings this year. The long hall in the old building that they use for the ceremony looks like an old school movie city hall and could use polish as it lacks symmetry, has lights burned out and there is a second floor that staff walk around which is audible and distracting. The hall just above the main entrance however is very nice and the service was great. So overall not a bad venue.

Went to a friend wedding here it was spectacular. The rooms and food was incredible.

Awesome banquet hall. Good for huge fancy events. Very conscientious event staff. Everything went smoothly.

Considering the price this was really disappointing. The toilets were leaking, the towels were full of lint and the air conditioner was really noisy. And the king beds are actually "California King" beds (meaning smaller).

The venue was gorgeous! Everything was beautiful inside, it had an elegant look to it. Perfect for a wedding. The food was also delicious. I would go back!

Loved our stay. Everyone was attentive and helpful. Our only qualms were the curtains not fully coming together (letting a lot of light in in the morning) and the TV being very slow and unresponsive. We did not reach out to anyone about these issues, I'm sure they would have been timely in fixing them if we had! Upon checkout they asked if we wanted to leave our luggage for the day before we left the city, and offered to call us a cab. Bonus (especially for me), the hotel goes beyond just shampoo, conditioner and body wash, even providing makeup remover wipes and mouthwash!

The room was very clean and spacious compared to many I have seen before. Although some of our family members were very late, the restaurant accomodated us very well. Great hotel!

The King suite is the perfect combination of home away from home! It's well worth the price and everything is relatively close by.

First time ever going to the one king west hotel and residence and was there to see family. My visit was amazing and was very happy with the amazing view of the city from the room. Would definitely recommended it to people that one to be close to all the main attractions and action of the city.

The service was beyond great, first time visiting the hotel. Starting with the parking, the parking attendant was very helpful. When we walked into the hotel the atmosphere was nice and the staff was pleasant. When we walked up to the concierge we were delighted to find out that we had received a free room upgrade which was pleasant along with with the service we received. Will likely stay with them again.
