Was there for a wedding. Very beautiful place and professional staff. Cocktail time was great! Good appetizers of fried chicken drumsticks, beets with goat cheese and drinks served by staff. Food during dinner was ok but could be better, hence the 4 star. Had lobster bisque which was delicious. Loved the raspberry sorbet for cleaning the palette. Main course of couscous cake with rice and kale could be better if the kale was not so salty. My husband had the halibut, I tasted a piece and it was not as fresh as it could be. But I guess this wasn't a seafood restaurant. My niece had steak and she said it was so so.

The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting throughout the 2 days I was there, they offered a phone technical support line, but the phone line was also dead. Despite 2 days of promising to fix it, the Wi-Fi wasn't fixed. Breakfast options are abysmal for $25. Comfortable beds though, but overall not good value.

Overall was very nice place. Washrooms need slight attention to detail, the shower rod is not bolted in so hung my towel on it and it fell. Also there are no toRowe hook it bathroom so kind of something that should be looked at it a high end hotel. Staff were pleasant. VALET parking was quick. Food is amazing and staff very nice and helpful. Much better than the Royal York we stayed at night before. The free WiFi is also a bonus. Nice desk and kitchen in suite we got. Will come back.

Hotel and serviced apartments. A glorious old, and high, building with stunning views if you're south facing. In fact, we're SE facing and can see the lake and it feels like almost to Qubec!

This place is pretty posh. Lots of young well dressed coeds crashing after a night out in the Toronto Bars. The restaurant is very nice, and the lobby bar is pretty packed on weekend nights.

Stayed there first time. Very easy to find and convenient location at downtown. Room is spacious and has everything. The building used to be a bank so the lobby is quite small. Very unique and interesting.

Amazing location, right at the subway and close to Union Station. The room was lovely, but the atrium view was a bit strange - didn't quite fit with the style of the hotel. Concerage was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for the stay the city.

This place would be a fantastic venue for weddings or other grand events. I was here for the open house. Definitely worth a visit when they have one. However, if you plan on having a wedding here, it is on the expensive side in terms of just the venue and the services included.

This is not a 4 star, but a 3 star hotel. At my last stay bar staff was rude and management disrespectful. Checked out thinking everything was ok, untill I tired to check in again recently, and was told that I was not welcome. Hmm... maybe they didnt like the bad review I gave them last, which is why they get one more.

The hotel charges the credit card immediately after booking and not like other hotels only on arrival or departure! If you then - justifiably - cancel, you have to pay 2 credit card fees, so the cancellation is not, as promised, free of charge!

Nice room, beautiful hotel and the basement vault is interesting to visit. King bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean. Bathroom a tiny bit small but otherwise nice. The tv in the room didn't work properly but there was a notice that it would be repaired or replaced within the next few days. Also couldn't find the ice machine. Didn't ask front desk but it wasn't well marked. Stayed 2 nights, 4th floor in the older half of the hotel.

We had an excellent suite room which was very reasonable for the price ($200CAD). We let the reception know of our anniversary and they were gracious enough to provide complimentary drinks as well as cheese and fruit on our first evening. We've stayed at a ton of hotels but these small gestures make a huge impression. The location is also very good in terms of walkability and transit. You couldn't get any closer to King TTC station and the new streetcar pilot project also makes east/west travel very easy. All in all, I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Toronto.

Brutal customer service. The reps were more concerned with talking to each other /friends than helping me (a new customer). Finally when I was attended to, the rep had a horrible attitude and was annoyed that I had interrupted him. After I was told there was no rooms available and they had lost our reservations, I was told "that's what you get when you use hotwire" when I've never had any problems before. Extremely unprofessional considering the price, location, decoration if there lobby

I'm unsure if they renovated but this hotel is very nice. We were on the 24th floor so the elevators take long, but that is expected. Great location right in the heart of the city. Definitely recommend this hotel and it's great for the value.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Access to the underground PATH system made travelling indoors during the cold easy. Location is nice. Right between the lake shore, ACC, cn tower, Ripley's, and Eaton centre, theatres, city hall and shopping.

This hotel and staff are second to none.

This hotel and staff are second to none.
With a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment, I will never stay anywhere else when in Toronto.
The food was delicious, my room was perfect, the amenities were terrific but the icing on the cake at this hotel..... The Staff.
The entire staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and accommodating.
A particular shout out to Andreas however; this is a fellow who will surprise anyone who meets him. I could list many positive personality attributes in his regard but let's distill it down to .... he's a genuinely nice person.

One of the best experiences I ve ever received at a hotel! Amazing customer service. From the minute we arrived to the check out. Beautiful suite & we were given macaroons by the staff since my husband and I were there celebrating our anniversary. It s the little things like that that sets them apart from other big name hotels. Super clean and just over all spectacular!

The staff were friendly here, offering to flag is down cabs so we didn't have to wait outside. The room was so cute, with a separate tub and shower in the bathroom down to a fridge and dishwasher in the kitchen!

Classy business hotel in the financial district of Toronto. The building is connected to "the path", Toronto's underground walkway/mall. The building is well connected to streetcars and the subway. Union station is in (underground) walking distance.
