Worth the trek from far away concourses to have this exquisite lunch. Poke tacos and cauliflower soup were perfect. Cucumber and watermelon salad went so fast I forgot to get a photo first.

Lovely decor and great service. I m kicking myself for all the hours I ve spent in this airport and never thought to look up this place. I will be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My husband and I look forward to having a layover in Atlanta so we can have a delicious sushi meal at One Flew South. The sushi chefs are always personable and the sushi is fresh and delicious.

Best fine dining airport restaurant in the USA. The food is based on a Southern Flair, as well as they have a great sushi bar that is always fresh with daily specials. Paired with the Great Service and the fantastic cocktail menu, you can never go wrong with One Flew South.

I really wanted to love One Flew South, and the menu looked exciting. It just didn't seem to live up to the hype for me. I started with a salad that had all the right flavors but the dressing was just waaay too sweet. Then I had their burger that sounded really amazing but it had too much going on: Bacon AND cheese AND kimchee AND Seoul sauce (a jelly of sorts)... Any two of these would have been great but all four was less Harmony and more cacophony. Service was friendly and attentive though the waiter Shelley overwhelmingly of wet dish rag. Anyway, still a nice fancy place for an airport but for the prices and reputation I expect a little higher standard.

Came here for lunch during our layover after seeing the high reviews. I wasn't expecting much but I was completely blown away. The food was fantastic. We split the Creole Shrimp Toast as an app. It was grilled bread soaked in a shrimp broth, with Creole shrimp and tomatoes. It was the kind of dish that made you want to lick the bowl when you're done. I had the duck confit sandwich after that and I swapped the coleslaw side for fries with black truffle sauce. Again, fantastic. Our waiter was funny, professional, and prompt. I couldn't have asked for more! If we're stuck in Atlanta again, I know where we are going.

Wow, superb Duck Confit Croquettes paired with Oregon Pinot noir! Thank you Ray who suggested the duck with the Pinot! Excellent service and fine good in an airport?! Will look forward to eating here again next time I am at Hartsfield!

I have mixed feelings about OFS after 2 separate visits. I've read a lot about how great this restaurant is and its probably above average for an airport restaurant but its also way overpriced (even for an airport restaurant). I'm not a big fan of restaurants that serve more than one type of cuisine. At OFS I had sushi on one visit and the angus burger on the other. I thought the sushi was fresh, but nothing spectacular and at $17 for a roll that I can get for $5.00 outside of the airport is just ridiculous to me. As for the angus burger, I was pretty disappointed with the patty. It tasted like it was microwaved and had me wishing I had gone to The Varsity instead.

Love this restaurant. I plan to eat here whenever I pass through Atlanta. The food is fresh, innovative, delicious! Wait staff will guide you to the best of the best dishes on the current menu. CJ directed me to the poke tacos and the kale salad with bacon vinaigrette. The tacos were outstanding! Light, crispy, perfect before an over seas flight. Baby kale fresh, tender, not over dressed. Eat here, then sleep on the plane and skip the nasty plane food. Worth every extra penny.

Definitely have to check this place out if you are in the atlanta airport and you have a longer layover. We were seated promptly and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxing visually stimulating. Our drinks were made well and were reasonable when you consider you are in an airport. The sushi was pretty good, our favorite roll was the kamikaze closely followed by the southern roll. While we were eating another patron asked about the flooring which the waiter then explained was from a barn that the original owners had on their land and was shipped to Atlanta. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area!

I had the Sushi and it was good, not great. I ordered a diet coke and the served me one of those $3 4oz little bottles this is the main readin I knocked off a star. The service was good and pleasent. I enjoyed the atmosphere. All in all a pretty decent airport place.

I looked at this place and thought "ugh, airport sushi," but I'm glad I picked it, because what's waiting for you inside is a brilliant fusion of Japanese and southern cooking.

Loved the Collard Green Ramen. Great kimchi flavors, and you could taste the collards in the broth. The Green Pea Hummus was a great idea and the picked asparagus and carrots surprisingly good. Had the smoked apple cocktail, and now it's basically my favorite mezcal drink.

Always wanted to give this restaurant a try. I've heard great things about the food and the modern look is a plus when ever I walked past. Thanks to our server Brandon, he made sure the food and service lived up to its hype. Everything he suggested we ate. I'm big on taste, presentation, and service. They received 5 stars for all these categories.

Expensive but the prices match the quality of the food for the most part, so it's almost a more reasonable expenditure than other low quality dinning options in the vicinity. Great knowledgeable table service with some of the finest quality sushi I've had as of late. Fish was well aged to tenderness and seasoned with wasabi just enough. The rice was also well acidified without being overly tart or sweet. The more adventurous "southern roll" I tried was a delicious oddity that had sweet smokey savory notes far removed from any sushi dish I've ever tried. The tuna tacos were delicious, fresh and zesty with a satisfying fried shell. If it was cheaper or more accessible I would have loved to try more of their menu.

I traveled through Atlanta a few years back with my Daughter. We were talking about that trip last night, and my daughter remembered the BLT sandwich from this very restaurant from 2 years ago. It truly was an amazing sandwich, we were laid over in Atlanta for 6 hours and had 2 of them, on the way back we had a much shorter lay over but made time for one more. Can t wait to stop by again someday for another! Great atmosphere, clean, and an awesome BLT!

Excellent service and a nice place to wait out a flight for a few hours with a full bar and wine list. Located in Terminal E and unique to Atlanta. The food options are a tad adventurous so I wouldn t suggest here if looking for typical bar food. The Cajun shrimp toast off the starter list was delicious. Pricey for the portion size however this is the airport.

Horrible service. No sense of urgency at all from wait staff. Took 45 minutes to receive meal that came on a dirty plate then it took the waitress ~ 20 minutes to return with bill once she took it.

Food here is always fantasic, even if not by airport standards. Service on the other hand is hit or miss. While the staff is usually super friendly, it can sometimes be a while to get ordered food or drinks.

Have been here several times, now make sure to visit every time we go through the airport, which is a lot since we tend to fly Delta. For a place in an airport you're going to have a hard time finding one with better food and drinks. Genuinely interesting and good food, and the bartenders know how to make some (for me) exotic but very good cocktails. We tend to sit at the bar and the comraderie with the bartenders and other guests has always been great.

Stopped in for two glasses of wine. Used a credit card to pay and had it compromised at this restaurant. Credit card ring running right out of the restaurant - racked up thousands at Home Depot and Target. Tried calling to speak with the manager and haven't heard a word. I have spoken with the Atlanta police and left a message for the commander to call me back. I would avoid this place completely. So much for airport security!

Love this place, I come here anytime I'm flying through ATL. Sushi is really good and the wine goes well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you've got a hour layover in ATL I would highly recommend stopping by for a drink and or sushi!

Delicious pork belly and solid service. Very good airport restaurant. Do not recommend the sushi unless you're craving it while in the airport and are ok with overpaying. It's not bad, just not $15 a roll good.

Unnecessarily long layovers are boring no more! If you're a foodie or simply enjoy experimenting with craft cocktails and fusion cuisine...this is the place for you! I had the duck confit croquettes and one night in oaxaca cocktail. If you like appreciate spirit forward mezcal smoky deliciousness, head over to terminal E for a good time !

Great reviews. I would give this place a ZERO for cleanliness. It was so disgusting. Hair and food in my chair. Cleaned it off and sat down. Looked at the table and it was absolutely gross. So gross we went to TGI Friday's. I would not trust the kitchen.

One of the better restaurants in the ATL airport! Service is decent. Lots of food and drink options. Great wine list - in photos. It can be a tad noisy during busy hours, and service suffers a little bit, but it s an overall great upscale vibe and a good place to grab a drink or some sushi before a flight.

Excelent service by their staff asking for your departure time so they can advise on your choice of meal. Well done! Food is easely surpassing what one might expect for an airport restaurant so both thumbs up for "One Flew South"!

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff and amazing food. One of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. The menu is diverse and offers traditional and untraditional flavors and dishes. If you have never been it is well worth adding to your bucket list!

Absolutley the worst. Snobbish atmosphere and HORRIBLY RUDE greeter. My suggestion is if you have people that do not want to work the job. FIRE them. A once great place ruined by attitude.

Really was looking forward to eating here. But after waiting 20 minutes for my Salmon Hot Pot and it was undercooked I can't bring myself to going above 3 stars. They did make me another and it took another 10 minutes. That meal was good.

SNAPSHOT = Details below - table service in an airport with nice view for people-watching. Sushi options limited.

Food is just ok - but not too pricey for an airport.

Sushi-centric menu but has a variety of other items as well. My wife enjoyed her pulled pork sandwich. Salad is an option. Not too pricey for an airport but a touch pricey overall. For someone really craving sushi, it will leave them wanting. Did have a couple of japanese beers - no taps, however.

By the outward appearance of this place, you would expect it to present a full sushi and sashimi menu and when you go and sit down, its something other. Not that its a bad restaurant. It's not. For someone with some time in the airport, it's a decent option. That concourse has limited options for a nice upscale meal.

Lookingng out into the concourse there is a nice view of all the people bustling by if you like people-watching. It sits on a corner so its roomy inside.

It's just that there ia a disconnect between the expectation set by what you see walking up and what the menu is about. This disconnect is quite glaring. On the flip side, one could say the menu strikes a good balance for people who don't love sushi or have varying lengths of layover. Staff was nice.

Great place for a snack and a drink while you await your flight out of Atlanta. I had some very delicious sea scallops and a wonderful spritz. I will likely get a meal here again next time I fly through here and try the sushi. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The atmosphere was also very nice.

This is great food, period. The duck and chicken salad sandwiches were fantastic. The wine list was good and with generous portions for individual glasses. But this is at an airport, so this is a 5+ star place. A must-stop if you have the time.

I decided to try this restaurant strictly based on TripAdvisor reviews. I am so happy I tried it out. This hands down will be my go to restaurant every time I fly through ATL. Not only is the food absolutely fabulous (I had the pork belly entree) but the service is top notch. The bartender made a drink for me strictly based on my recollection of one that I had in LA and he made it perfectly. Not only did he recreate the same great drink that I had previously but he named it "Seat #2,obviously from where I was seated. For those who like bourbon, I highly recommend asking Clay (bartender) for a "Seat #2" drink...you will not be disappointed. Now to the service, the manager Will has a lock on service. Very attentive and engaging. I literally watched him find common ground with just about every customer that walked in the door. I even watch a couple ask to have their picture taken with him. Now that defines customer service! Lastly, the food is amazing. Chef Cedric created a pork belly entree that rivals any 5* restaurant that I have been to....and I travel quite a bit...have tried many restaurants. So not to continue to gush about One Flew South, but I am truly impressed and quite honestly, a bit surprised considering it is an airport restaurant. For Will and his staff, keep doing the phenomenal job you are doing...it is truly impressive.

Been waiting to try OFS forever and finally had some extra time at Hartsfield. Wasn't impressed by the sushi. It was dry, small, and lacked flavor. If the rolls weren't 30% more than most upscale places I've been to, I could have let this go. I love tuna nigiri but wasn't about to pay $17 for two pieces. Beer was $11.

On the other hand, the pork belly sliders were amazing so gonna leave an average review.

Unfortunately after $50+ here I was still hungry and contemplating fast food so not sure I'll be back but glad I finally got to try it!

Last week was the first time in this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the courteous service, with the finest meal and wine and with the honest cost. We will surely visit there again.

I love sushi. Before heading out to a remote country, it's fantastic to be able stop at this restaurant and get my "fix", knowing I won't be able to get sushi for another month or so. So convenient!!

I had some extra time before a flight and did my usual ritual of seeing what the best food in the airport was according to thrillist when this restaurant was mentioned as perhaps the best airport restaurant in the world. I went in almost expecting to be let down from that sort of hype but it honestly lived up fully. The prices are absolutely airport reasonable and I was able to sample both the sushi and the truffley BLT. Not only did I enjoy every bite but I had the pleasure of getting to sit at the sushi bar while the executive chef prepared food in front of me. His openness, demeanor, and interaction with the staff was just a cherry on top of a great meal. I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in Atlanta.

My flight was overbooked and I ended up having a few extra hours in the airport. I am SO glad I decided to check out One Flew South! The cocktails were great and creative, and I thoroughly enjoyed the duck confit sandwich. Highly suggest this place for a delicious bite if you're stranded/have a bit of time.

Had some extra time after my flight into Atlanta and was surprised to see an airport restaurant rated so highly. After a long day of pretty mediocre airport food, I thought it'd give this aberration a try! Verdict: meh. Save your money and spend it at the nearby food court because for the cost and quality of the food, it's hardly worth it. This is obviously a spot for the bougie peeps rolling though Atlanta.

Food:
Kamikaze Roll ($17) -- For &17 bucks, this has to be one of the most bland, uncreative roll I've ever tried. Granted, the quality of fish was fine, but it's poorly made, lacking in portion size, and relies heavily on the eel sauce and Sriracha mayo to give it the punch it needs.

Service:
Bar service. The homie was friendly and helpful.

Vibes:
For an airport spot, it's really clean and well decorated inside. Definitely gives you an upscale vibe.

The waiter said "I will give you 10 to eat."

The waiter said "I will give you 10 to eat."

I gave this restaurant 5 stars a month ago because of a very attentive waiter and the great pulled duck sandwich. He asked me first thing if I'm in a hurry. I said I have time to enjoy food.

So I trained from Concourse C to dine here again a month later. Guess what? I wasn't even offered water for 10 minutes, and when the waiter came I told him I was about to leave because boarding starts in 30 minutes. I ended up ordering a burger and asked if I would get food in 10. He said "we make everything from scratch so it's gonna come out in 20 maybe, and I'LL GIVE YOU 10 TO EAT." I'm sorry but I don't even say that to my dogs. I left.
