Great work and fantastic service. A year later I decided to reside my house. I called them about how to take the piping down and they offered to come out and take it off-NO CHARGE! A few weeks after the house exterior was finished they came out again and reinstalled the system. Again at NO CHARGE to me! Outstanding customer service and standing by their product and work!!

Excellent service and style. From the moment I read at their website that One Day Radon is concerned about aesthetics, I was hopeful. Many companies do not provide on-site visits before quoting and/or assessing the house, but One Day Readon conducted a preliminary visit that went well beyond expectations. Clif Blaeser was patient with questions and concerns, carefully explained the science behind mitigation, as well as Minnesota building code and state-of-the-art mitigation materials and methods. He listened to our concerns for minimizing indoor visual and noise impact to a finished basement, and found a way to install the system in a way that we hadn't considered. The final installation of indoor components is invisible, quiet and effective. Outside the house, he worked to find PVC venting material that met code and looks like a downspout, allowing us a nearly "invisible" profile next to an existing downspout. He was flexible in finding an aesthetic solution for bringing power from an existing exterior outlet to the fan, and sizing a fan that minimized exterior noise. He was helpful on follow-up visits after installation to resolve a condensation drip on the outside piping, and in answering questions about system performance during the extreme cold we experienced this past winter. Calls or emails were responded to promptly, and always, always with patience and commitment to ensure we were happy. I can't remember many contractor experiences that provided such service and at a great value. Highly recommended.

My experience with One Day Radon has nothing to do with their product or service. I am writing this as a character reference for someone I've never met. When Reed was providing an estimate for my parent's home, my 86 year old father collapsed from dehydration. Thankfully Reed was standing next to him and prevented him from a fall and possible injuries. Reed called for emergency personnel and remained with my parents, keeping my mother calm and assisting my father, until they arrived. According to my parents, Reed went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my father whom he had only met that day. This in my opinion shows true character. When choosing a business to work with it's not only about the product and services they offer, but WHO you are inviting into your home and who you can trust. Reed and OneDayRadon demonstrated to me that they have character and are welcome in my home any day. Please consider this when you are deciding who to invite into yours.

Cliff and his team are awesome. They were able to schedule our radon test promptly, and upon learning the radon levels exceeded recommended exposure levels, got us set up for mitigation within a few days.
Cliff and company arrived at our new home on time and fully prepared. The process was fast, efficient, clean and orderly. One thing that really impressed me was the fact that they installed a fire collar on the exhaust pipe as it enters our garage before exiting through the garage roof. No other radon mitigation company even mentioned that, which was an eye opener for me.

We were selling our house and the radon test indicated that our radon level was elevated. One of the conditions of selling was radon mitigation. So we requested quotes from a number of companies. One Day Radon was the first to respond. Clif came to our house and explained the process in detail. I found him very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and gave me a quote on the spot. As it turned out, he gave me the best price. It was a no-brainer to select his company for the best price, the best quality, and the best service! During final negotiations, the buyer agreed to pay for the radon mitigation so I had to cancel my agreement with Clif.

We had a great experience with One Day Radon. They were the highest bid of the ones we received, however, Clif was the only one who was able to find a way to install the radon mitigation system having it go up and out through our garage. I'm really happy we did because the radon fan isn't the quietest thing in the world. Clif was great to work with, very quick to respond anytime I reached out and was very flexible with scheduling. I had to reschedule with him twice, because we had home showings schedule (last minute as they do) at the times he was meant to come by, and he was very patient with us.
This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. From the time I called Clif until the time the job was finished was less than five days. He told me exactly what would happen, did what he said he would do, and made sure I was involved in necessary decisions along the way. On top of all that , he cleaned up after himself so thoroughly that other than what was installed you would not have known he was here. Oh and he reduced average average radon measurements from 3.4 to 1.6. All for a very reasonable price. If you need help with radon mitigation, you will not do better than One Day Radon.

We were recently faced with having to have radon mitigation systems installed in two homes. The home we were trying to sell failed its radon test and the home we were trying to buy also failed its test. After scouring internet-based reviews, we contacted One Day Radon Mitigation LLC. Clif Blaeser, one of their regional managers, responded quickly to my call and arranged to come and look at our home soon thereafter. At our home he described various options for installing a system and guaranteed a radon level of 2.7 pCi/l or below upon completion of the project. The quoted price was reasonable and the project was scheduled to be completed before the closing of the sale of our home. Clif and his crew did a great job on the day of the project. The crew are all friendly and personable. They left the project site clean as can be. The final test showed a radon level of 0.7 pCi/l, which was well below the guaranteed level. The entire process, from initial contact to project completion, was a little over one week. After such a good experience, of course we contacted Clif for our second project once we were settled in our new home. The second project ran as smoothly as the first. Again, Clif gave us various options for the system installation. Again, he and his crew did a great job. Again, the final radon level (0.8 pCi/l) was well below the guaranteed level. After having two radon mitigation systems installed, I hope we are done now but I wouldn t hesitate to use One Day Radon Mitigation again in the future if the need arises. Their service is absolutely superior.

One Day Radon impressed me on every aspect of quoting, installing, and permitting my radon mitigation system. They came and inspected my house, making sure to educate me and understand what my expectations were. When they proposed a system, it was sized correctly for my needs without useless features. One Day Radon had a full team arrive promptly on installation day, not just a guy working out of the back of a car, a full professional team! Each member of the team knew exactly what they were doing and immediately got to work. They patiently answered my questions as the installation progressed. When they were done, everything was cleaned up and tidied but more importantly, they went through and explained how everything worked and what I should watch out for in the future. They were also very active in interacting with the inspectors making sure everything checked out.
